I have been calling for 4 days to get the results of my daughter's lab work, at first leaving messages, then talking to receptionist it's now day 5 and I still have not received a call back! now I found out they are not even calling back the pharmacy to refill a prescription that she has to take everyday! This kind of thing has happened many times...... I find it very sad that the Dr aren't bad at all but the incompetents of there staff has forced me to find my children another doctor

Brett Johnson

Wonderful doctor's. Had my daughter tested for ADHD and he did an MRI and found cysts on her brain. Dr. Amir is awesome! The office is nice.

My daughter was refused care because it took them too long to verify insurance eligibility. After offering to pay cash for the visit, the receptionist said that Dr. Isola said that she was already too behind to see her. If she was already “too behind”, then that means I would have been waiting to see her anyway. Not only is that extremely unprofessional but it was also very negligent to the patient who has been waiting months to see her. Who has also been losing weight and having many issues. It’s not like I was late for the appointment, I was there 10 minutes before her appointment time like the message asks you to be. Someone also called me the day before to confirm the appointment and I was not told anything about the problem they were having with my insurance. I call my insurance company and was told she was active and that there wasn’t a problem with her eligibility. It’s sad to see how little they care about their patients. I will be switching to CHOP Gastroenterology after this experience.

My son has been under the care of Cooper Pediatric his entire life and he is now 13yrs. Dr K and the staff are WONDERFUL.

I would give them a 5 star if the return calls or calling them they were more efficient. The long wait for both needs improvement. Especially with neurology. Other than that the staff and doctors are wonderful when seen.

Absolutely wonderful. We were running behind due to unexpected construction and didn't arrive for our appointment until a half hour later. The staff not only accommodated us, but made the process so quick and easy. The staff was also able to get our records from our pediatrician during the visit to evaluate our son right then and there instead of having to reschedule the appointment. Dr Gannon was great with our son and he explained everything to us in ways that were easy to understand. Very thorough and very calming. I would recommend Doctor Gannon and this facility to anyone searching for a pediatric endocrinologist. We had a great experience with him and this facility. Thank you for all your help!

My sons doctor was supposed to prescribe an asthma pump for him and so they gave me the spacer and the mask at the doctors office and billed my insurance for it yet when I get to the pharmacy they didn't order the asthma pump. So I called the doctors office and was put on hold twice for over 30 minutes just to tell me that they couldn't get in contact with a nurse so when they do find the nurse I will get a call. So now my son has a spacer and a mask but no asthma pump to help him, how stupid is that?! My son has been going here for 5 years and for the last 2 my experience here has been horrible. Time for a change! I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Service is horrible. Doctors are excellent. But if you have to resolve a matter at the front desk. I feel sorry for you.

Yesterday I stopped at the office to get a refill on a script for my daughter's inhaler for her Asthma for the new school year. I was asked if I had called and said no. They took my number and never called. I called them at 3:30 pm and left a message and number which they said would be returned by the end of the day, never heard from them. This is the 3rd time this year that this has happened. I will not recommend this office and I'm looking for a new Doctor for my children. If you can't return calls as claimed then after almost 10 years of using your office it's time for a change

They seem to be more concerned with Cooper name and office as opposed to INDIVIDUAL CARE! Went there from a previous allergist who wasn’t pediatric in hopes that we’d get more answers to my LO who happened to be anaphylactic to peanuts. A note of this was never made in his chart and nor were we prescribed an epipen. Our regular pedi knows as much as they do

Audra Curry

I love the doctors and the nurses! I cannot deal with the 45 minutes on hold to get an appointment or if there is a mistake made as far a billing it’s like pulling teeth to get it fixed. The medical staff are amazing with my children. The office staff need to go.

My daughter has Horizon health insurance through the state and I used to take her to the local Camcare office since she was born, because not many pediatricians took her insurance. I absolutely HATED Camcare. I have been looking for a new doctor for some time now and finally I found Cooper Pediatrics. My daughter’s first appointment was last week and I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THEY WERE!! From the staff at the front desk, to the nurses who helped take her vitals, and of course the doctor, Ivette who examined my daughter. Everyone was friendly, polite, and extremely professional... They even gave her a story book and stickers to take home afterwards. I am so relieved and thankful to have found Cooper Pediatrics. Now I can breathe knowing that my daughter has a doctors office that treats her with the care and urgency that she deserves.

Tess Rubino

I have been a patient here for 16 years have had an amazing experience. Love the doctors. They have been a great influence and inspiration for me to become a doctor as well.

Lou Lou

I kept trying to get ahold of the office i was on hold for 20 min, and still no one, and that is the usual. When my kids are sick the sick appointments are 3 days from the day i call. I have had nothing but trouble with Cooper peds. As of today i switched. i am done with them

Ram Wyner

I agree with what everyone is saying. When it comes to doctors you cannot beat cooper, but staff is horrible. And if you have a problem there is no hope for you. The office manager Kathy Borden is a nightmare and beyond rude.

Asma Asif

I agree with the other reviews. I love the doctors and nurses however, I can never call in if I have a question or concern that could easily be taken care of over the phone. Either they don't answer the phone or I'm told someone will return my call but, never do. That's very frustrating. My kid's last office always had a NP that could take my calls and answer any quick concerns over the phone that didn't need me to actually come in and be seen. I miss that service.

This practice would rather you expose your child to a crowded urgent care center rather than write a script for Tamiflu when your child has flu symptoms. The recommendation for the flu this year that has killed young children is to treat the symptoms even without the flu test. On top of that they ran out of the flu test at the office. Changing providers. Thid practice is about saving money not protecting children.
