This hospital never sees patients it seems. Severely short staffed and/or bad procedures. Two times in a row I wasn't seen. 12 hours total+ of waiting. The 2nd visit 2 people were called in 5 hours, with a pretty empty waiting room. Not entirely sure why this is a top rated hospital

7 hr wait on average; arrived at 4:30p with chest pain they took an EKG it was normal then sent me to the full waiting room. It’s 12 am now!

If I could give a negative number I would. My husband went to the ER. He signed in and after a But was taken to a small room to get his vitals. The nurse took his blood pressure and advised it was a long wait and he might want to come back in the morning or go to urgent care in the morning. He did as he was advised and notified the front desk he was leaving. He ended up going to urgent care in the morning. A couple weeks later we get an ER bill. I disputed it but they are refusing to remove the charge because he got his blood pressure taken. He was never seen or treated and he was given ill advice from the staff. What a scam! Sad that healthcare professionals care more about money rather than helping people.

Surprise! You may think you're insurance covers the bill, but the doctor's are out-of-network contractors! What a rip off.

A nurse named Ronda or whoever she is at ER staff has a poor hospitality attitude. She’s unhappy to do her job so better to give it someone else who needs it. And try to speak to the customer like human being not like a piece of thing!!!

Why my wife have been in this emergency room for 14 hours waiting for a emergency surgery still waiting and they just keep coming in here to give a pain medication over and over again ask for status 4 hours ago nothing waiting for a room 9 hours and still waiting No one knows nothing this really out of control Now they waiting for doctor and dont know what time he is coming in to do the surgery PLEASE JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL

Seriously it sounds like a PR review or a commercial for the place! You definitely were not ever seen at the ER, never been a patient who was seen at the place- stop posting fake reviews.

My experience with this Hospital was nothing short of excellent. From the time I arrived I was treated within a reasonable amount of time by very caring and efficient staff. Through the process I felt all the Doctors and staff taking care of me exhausted all possible avenues to treat my situation appropriately and timely. The Emergency Room Doctor and staff were great. I was moved to another area for observation and my Doctor and staff in the area were excellent. The time, efforts and professionalism shown by all staff made me feel secure and cared for.
