The staff kept yelling at us when I was a patient there, which is actually kind of horrible, considering every person there with me was there for a psychiatric purpose. Yelling at teenagers when you are a grown-up = not the best idea when a ton of the patients are there for depression, anxiety, anger issues, etc.

Most of my doctors are within Yale New Haven Health, and they are definitely the best of the best! Visits are never cut short, my questions are always answered, and my doctors do their best to ease my anxieties. If I ever call with a question, my doctor (or one of their many talented and trained nurses) will give me a call with the answers that I need. I will forever be staying with Yale New Haven Health and its doctors!

Nobody knows what's going on and they are extremely slow in every sense of the word. I was trapped there for 6 hours waiting to see a podiatrist, just for them to say I need antibiotics. Never want to ever go here again.

I have been to Yale Nee Haven health a handful of times for my child. I show up for my scheduled appointment and wait at least a half hour everytime. Today, I am waiting an hour before I am even brought to the room. The doctors should not be allowed to run that behind. Let alone not notify the patients at check in. Unfortunately there are no other specialist for my child to see. This is unexcepable. I also have been told two different diagnoses by the doctors which leads me to believe they have no idea what the issue is with my child. And instead of admitting that, they make up something. Not pleased with my poor, unprofessional, SLOW service that consumes my whole day.

I gave Yale NewHaven Health 2 stars but was bordering 1 star. It started when I went for routine physical and my doctor in network sent me to some office building in Danbury ct which was not labeled a hospital facility for an EKG. Had the test done with no issues at all from the results of the physical. I then receive a bill for $800 from NewHaven Health which Aetna will not pay because it was billed as a hospital visit. I called the staff at this Danbury location and spoke to the Office manager whom said she did not have me a sign the waiver making me responsible for payment by mistake, apologized and told me to call billing at NewHaven Health billing dept. They told me ok will try and get you 10% off the bill only to tell me NO after 5 calls. In my opinion this is deceptive business practice. So my top tier insurance would not cover this visit to what appeared to be a doctors office in Danbury ct because the bill came from Brideport hospital. What a scam. In the end bill was paid by me and called one last time only to hear more lies about finding the waiver I signed and the did not give me the 10% because I asked for 20%. LoL. If I ever get moved to this hospital I will pay out of pocket to have an ambulance move me out to another facility. Beware! Then we wonder whats wrong with our healthcare today?
