Not impressed. On the first day you're evaluated by an actual physical therapist. After that, it'll be all 21 year old assistants. They dont really pay attention to you or check your form. While you're doing your exercises, they'll tell you to do 20 repititions of an exercise, then walk away to look at their phones or laugh with their coworkers. They also dont listen to your needs. I was in a car accident and had thoracic (upper back) fractures, but it turns out due to a mixup they were treating me for lower back pain for many months! When I found out, they were unapologetic and told me I had to make the effort to correct this wrong myself with the doctor. If you're serious about getting better and dont feel like wasting your money, go to Burke in Purchase, NY. At the beginning of each session they ask for your pain level, and at the end they ask for it again. That's because they're actually results driven. I got further with Burke in 4 weeks than I did with ONS in over a year.
