Front office staff is completely incompetent. What you can expect: Wrong appointment times, no follow-up on Rxs for cpap suppliers, insurance mistakes, no returned phone calls, apathy toward patients. Worst medical office I have ever experienced.

Norwalk Sleep Center won't let my CPAP Supplies company send me my supplies without an appointment. My supplier told me my doctor is no longer with practice. Never was contacted that he had left. So I called to make appointment and was sent to voicemail twice and left messages. They never call back. I have called 3 times and they put me on hold multiple times. I was just on hold 15 minutes. This place is an example of how not to run an office.

I can't get anybody to return my calls. I need my medical records to be transferred over to a new doctor, and trying to follow up with them it's been very difficult. I left 3 voice mails in the past three weeks, to no avail. Where is your customer service?!

These people are totally incompetent. I went for my first appointment and filled out the paperwork. I was asked the same exact questions that I answered on the paperwork by both the PA and two residents. I was there for over an hour for no reason. I’m sure it was so they could over-charge my insurance. Also, I had done a sleep test through another doctor and they said they would call the other doctor to procure the results. They called my other doctor no less than four times to request the results. My other doctor faxed them, emailed them multiple times. It’s been three weeks and they haven’t called me back, though they obviously have my results. I will NOT be going back there. I can’t trust them with my health.

I had some very specific testing requirements to prove a lack of sleep apnea. While the office occasionally could be difficult to get ahold of, in the end the office was extremely helpful in assisting in my specific needs. Office staff does seem inundated with work, however I'd gladly use again. Dr. Webber is great.

My doctor called in the order for a sleep study but they never attempted to arrange one with me. I think they are clueless. They were really good for my son, but awful for me.

I am appalled by the level of incompetence showed by this practice. I am surprised how this practice is still able to do business, given the level of disservice provided by them. They could not order a sleep app machine for me even after 6 months of me being diagnosed with apnea. I kept on reminding them through phone, and messaging through their patient portal, but they just wont respond back!!!! They charged more than $1500 to my insurance, but did not provide any service. If someone wants to know whats wrong with the health care in US, this facility would be the perfect place to start with. This is amazing ... they should get a noble prize.... and their facility should be converted into a museum for the future generation to see how they conducted business without providing any service....

This place is the worst. Unresponsive to patient needs, ignores Rx refill requests, admin staff is a total joke. Find another sleep center.

We came here for my son's sleep study. Everyone from reception to DR. Kass were very nice and helpful. I booked a December appointment in October. They are very busy so hard to get things done quickly.

Beware that the 15 minute consultation will cost you or your insurance company over $500.00. I have no idea what the cost will be for the belt I wore to sleep at my house. I am afraid to find out. It has been a week since I brought back the belt and have not yet had a phone call to find out the results. I am extremely disappointed in how they can charge this much to talk to someone. Ask the costs before you go.

They were absolutely wonderful for my daughter who is 4. She has done 2 sleep studies with them havent had any issues.
