Very non responsive. I called requesting something to deal with spasticity and spasms five days ago. No call from the Physiatrist so far. This doesn't engender confidence in the Center at all. In addition, the process to get on a MS medication is a lengthy one and I can't believe it can't be handled more efficiently. Staff is very nonchalant. Update a few months later: I am claustrophobic. This was told to the neurologist at my first appointment. It was time to schedule an MRI and I was told the MRI would be done at the hospital. I asked if it was a closed MRI. It was. I reminded the dr that I prefer an Open MRI and that the last closed MRI was done under sedation. I was told "You're only in the machine 25 minutes" I expect someone with an MD to know the definition of claustrophobic. Very disrespectful and stressful place to be a patient here.

I'm thankful for the Mandell Center for MS. I have to give a special shout out to the young men of the valet parking staff. Since June of 2017, every time I come to the center, these guys are the sweetest, most caring, upbeat and patient to each patient who is at the center. And the valet is free. Even when I show up crying, which I have plenty of times, they offer positivity and are empathetic. Kudos to them all.

This is a great medical center. I came from another hospital system where my team was constantly changing and I rarely saw the same person and didn't feel supported. Then I came here and my team has been consistent the last 4 years, they are thorough with explaining treatments, very knowledgeable about new studies and informing me about it, feel like they are proactive instead of reactive, and even the receptionist are amazing. I love the mandell center..

The staff is tremendous with exception of one rude security guard who worked 6pm 4.16.19. He was so rude and improper to a patient who was practically in tears. It ruins trust in a facility when a patient is treated in this way. Please revamp security staff.

Came to this center shortly after receiving my MS diagnosis from another neurology office that fell short in many ways. Much better comprehensive care. Glad to have a place that specializes in my condition. Would have given 5 stars if not for delayed phone responses.

The doctors and nurses are fantastic. The infusion room is quite comfortable. The complimentary valet service is very nice, especially because it's difficult to find a parking space. My only complaint is the front desk staff. Several times I have called and requested a provider to call me back...and I never get a return phone call. I've already complained about this a couple times, but nothing has changed.

I am so blessed for these people and this center. What an amazing group of dedicated and very caring staff. Dr. Wade, Amy Neal, the Tysabri clinic, everyone, are just a life saver to me in keeping me in a quality of life that I am striving for. Thank you
