I loved my doctor here, while I was able to see her. For the last 6 months I have been unable to schedule an annual exam. I don't particularly care what training you went through or how many appointments are available per day. I need to see my doctor and your instructions are for me to call every week to see if there are available appointments because you don't know when more appointments will be available. Your appointments have been open for 2 weeks out of the last 6 months - this is unacceptable. Whatever changes you made are absolutely ineffective for patients like me. I'm sad to say that I'll be finding another doctor because of the needless administrative hurdles between me and regular health checkups.

Great office. Clean, professional easy for make an appointment. Waiting never tskes long and visits are thorough but quick. Doctors are amazing. One problem I have is being asked how my spouse or future spouse will feel with decisions I want to proceed with to improve myself health wise. My body, my rules and my decisions. No man nor woman has input on what I want done medically.

One word INCOMPETENT...worst facility I’ve visited. Some many things wrong with this place, too many things wrong with this place to be associated with a big hospital like Hartford Hospital. First thing, it claims to be a non-smoking facility yet there are people constantly smoking in the parking lot. The wait is ridiculous! You make an appointment for a certain time and end up waiting one whole hour before you are actually seen. They cannot even take appointments properly. MOST of the staff can be seen doing nothing but having side conversations and walking around while patients sit and wait. Just absolutely ridiculous.

I only went here to get more medicine. But overall, it was a very quick process. The staff and Doctor I saw treated me with respect and I was able to get my prescription refilled the same day. Professional and clean looking facility.
