Las recepcionistas los primeros dias cuando empiezan a trabajar son “amables” luego parese q les entra viento y tratan muy mal. Hoy tuve un mal momento nada mas por hacerle una pregunta me responde muy ruda. A algunas se les nota la amargura q tienen. Sea amable porq usted no sabe la batalla q muchos llevan. Tambn en el laboratorio esa señora es muy ruda y repugnante. Entiendo q entra mucha gente cn actitudes hacia los empleados pero no todos somos iguales.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the guy called me in and the entire visit with him was less than 2 minutes. I’ve been sick for over 2 weeks now, I told him all of my symptoms and that it’s getting worse. He checked my breathing and that was it. He told me “it’s just a virus and everyone’s getting sick” then sent me to get blood work done and told me if it doesn’t get better to come back on Monday?? Everyone else here(front desk, the quest workers) were great but I’ve never had a doctor not care about anything I was telling him in my life just go somewhere else for urgent care.

I called for an appointment in March, they gave me one for April 29, I waited all that time and when I went to my appointment, the doctor was not there and the next earliest appointment is in June! ! At least the staff was friendly ...

The doctor for the children dentist is absolutely horrible. I had the worse experience with Dr. mark. The entire time he was yelling at my 5year old telling her he doesn't have time for this! What do you have time for? There was no one in the waiting room when we came and left! She saw all your needles and got nervous i'm an adult, and I still get nervous at the dentist. yelling at and roughing up a child isn't going to make thing better. He told her that if she doesn't keep still and stop the noise you will have me (her mom) leave her. Are you kidding me! What kind of children doctor behave like this? I told home maybe he shouldn't be working if he is that frustrated and That we were uncomfortable and got up and left in the middle of the appointment. This place gets a no star. Watch your children carefully with this doctor.

I've had nothing but bad expierences here. The first time I went in I waited over three hours to be seen, because the girl never bit my paperwork through, and then once she did that I waited another two hours and was never called. Walked out because I had things to do that day, then had to wait 6 months to book a new patient appointment. The 2nd time I went in looking for their urgent care, but it's not actually urgent care you have to be a patient. Don't call yourself an urgent care if you only take patients, that still makes you a doctors office. I'm giving them one more chance and if i have problems, I'm finding a different doctor.

Stopped here on my way to NY as I was feeling a little under the weather. Got in and out in just under an hour and was back on the road in no time. Zero wait and I was able to just walk in with no appointment. Never been to an urgent care center before and if I lived in the area I would definitely be back!

Dr.Farb gave me acne medication and i was using it daily then my face started to turn red and swollen ,turns out he gave me medication i’m allergic too and my face is all red.Do not go to him,literally will waste your time.Its ridiculous on what he provided me with,i had to go to the hospital.If i could i would rate this a 0

Quick urgent care is horrible when you need something done. The doctor is nice but the fact that I had to wait for a EKG to be available to him was ridiculous. I think that if they are going to have a quick urgent care they needed to make sure he has and assistant/nurse and all the equipment he needs available to him at all times. Not happy 45 minutes and still waiting.

Terrible service, I didn't even get my foot in the door and I experienced bad service. I called three times to set up an appointment as a new patient. The first time was on a Friday, I was told that the people who setup the new patience account were out for the day, but would give me a call back on Monday. Monday came and no call. So I decided to call after work, the first call I was able to get through the right department, but soon as I got on the phone wit the second rep the call dropped. I thought to myself must be bad service. The second time I got through once again and was able to give my information to the rep,after 5 min of various longs pauses, the rep told me she needed to put me on hold for a second, I was placed on hold and guess what the line dropped. The third time I called right after my second call the rep tried to transfer me back to the correct department but was unable to and said that the department was closed for the day and i needed to call back tomorrow. Complete waste of time.

Staff @ service desk / check in are very accommodating , courteous and professional. Medical Assistants, Nurses and Doctors are doing a great job as well.

This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. My bf has been coming here for his hip condition which makes him unable to walk from the pain. These people waited 2 weeks to inform us his insurance approved the MRI. 2 WEEKS. HE CANT WALK!!! Every time I call the office with questions about his care, they NEVER CALL BACK. I asked to speak to the manager, even SHE doesnt call back. I literally have to harass these people in order to get some type of answer. CCHC needs to get their stuff in order. We are getting a new primary care ASAP!
