SO FAR I HAVE BEEN TO DR. SILVRR AND DR KURZ. THEY AND THEIR STAFFS ARE TRULY WONDERFUL. I'M HOPING TO GET A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN THERE, TOO. I'M BOOKED WITH THE ENDOCRINOLOGIST ALREADY, AND WILL MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DERMATOLOGIST THIS COMING WEEK. I'M IN AWE OF HOW EFFICIENTLY BOTH OFFICES OPERATE. THEY HAVE A WALL BOARD UP THAT SHOWS HOW THE DOCTORS ' APPOINTMENTS ARE RUNNING -- ON TIME, FIVE MINUTES LATE, TEN MINUTES LATE, ETC. THERE ARE NO ANXIOUS PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM. WE KNOW THE STATUS OF OUR DOCTOR'S SCHEDULE. I'VE NEVER HAD TO WAIT. YOU ARE IN AND OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY RUN LIKE A SWISS WATCH. LOVE IT!

The pain management clinic in Foxborough is terrible, my mother of 77 years old had an appointment due to severe back pain and following our regular doctor I made an appointment for her, in the beginning their schedule was very tight after months I finally made the appointment, what I understand. On the day of the phone call I wrote down and even put in my calendar the day and time, but when I got there they said that the appointment was earlier and the doctor was gone. They did not even offered to reschedule or indicate to another office at all. They can blame me for taking the wrong time, but I know that after seeing my mother in so much pain I would not make the mistake to write it wrong and I would be glad to request from my work ( yes I do have to work for living) to leave 15 minutes earlier. I believe that not only the doctor but the staff wanted to go home early. Also I am glad that it wasn't their mother in pain.

The single worst place I have ever been. DO NOT GO. Staff was inconsiderate and did not check on me once during my visit. I sat in a room for 2 hrs crying in pain wait for blood results, told me to stop using my MMJ (only relief i have found) and didn’t offer me anything to help relieve my symptoms. 2hrs wasted and left significantly worse than when I arrived.

Unfortunately just another satellite facility that utterly fails to live up to the standard of its Originator. Their scheduling, or lack of it, is not empathetic of the needs of its patients, their doctors fail to communicate with each other. Frankly they don't care like they should.

Don’t ask these people to fill your medications. If you do, expect them to prescribe the wrong dosage. When you call them to get them to fix it, you can expect to wait two days only for them to prescribe a second, incorrect dose. You can expect a turnaround time of at least 6 days for them to fix their own mistakes, and you have better not count on an apology from them for making your life more difficult than it needs to be. Dr. Minh’s team in endocrinology is especially inept.

My ear was hurting so much that I was getting shooting pains in the back of my head every 3 seconds. I came to the urgent care because I didn't want to sit in the ER for hours. I showed up on a Sunday around 8:30 in the morning, waited about 5 minutes before I saw doctor Goldberg. He came in and listened to all my concerns and was very clear about the options - wait it out or take antibiotics. He was very informative about reasons why not to prescribe antibiotics unless it necessary. He ended up writing me a prescription for Zpack ..No more pain, I can actually sleep at night. Very impressed with all of the staff and how efficient they are.

Had a herniated disc in my neck. The doctor came in with some nurses and wouldn’t examine me. I couldn’t lift my head!! She said go se your primary care and left!! I had to wait two weeks for a spine doctor to see me. At that point my left side had already atrophied from a pinched nerve. The next 6 months were miserable. I was told I may never get all of the muscle back and they were right. I recommend going anywhere else but here for emergencies.

Double check your appointment even if you receive a call telling you what time to arrive. When you arrive at the designated time and they look at you and say you're more than an hour early and argue that it's not there fault it was a little aggravating

I spent two days navigating listening to music on hold, being rerouted to new phone numbers with new, long holds - only to find that the primary care physicians in this location are not accepting new patients. Save yourself hours on the phone and find an alternative.

We had a bad experience with the cardiovascular department. From the receptionists that don’t even look you in the eye when they greet you. Very rude to hours of waiting for our appointment what’s the point of making an appointment if we’re waiting an hour every time. This place has Partners & Brigham name to it but they are a no match to excellent care that we are used to from MGH & Brigham. They definitely need to work on that.

I absolutely love my doctors and they are always great! I do have a complaint though. Every time I have to go to the lab for blood work or give a urine sample, the staff is desk staff are incredibly rude! The Phlebotomist who took my blood was sweet! Another complaint and possibly a HIPPA violation, when placed my urine sample in the "deposit box" there were 6 other samples sitting in there with patient information. I am not sure how long each had been in there but I can't imagine they are supposed to be left out.I could not find anywhere on the site yet to speak with someone about this but I do intend to call to make sure the hospital knows this is happening

I don't know why there is no ZERO star. They don't deserve it. Waited for my primary care doc for more than a month to see him (if you need to know who is he; just email me) and I REALLY needed to see him very bad. he canceled on me less than 24 hours to tell me we don't take new patient. An error happened from our end and we are sorry about that. In general, I have VERY BAD experience with this hospital in the location. not sure about other locations.

For insurance purposes, be aware they do not bill themselves as an urgent care center even thought they say they are an urgent care center. It is billed as an outpatient visit and your copay may be different. The care my Son received was vert good.

Inside of radiology there is a nice woman named Laurie. She was a sweetheart and made me laugh the whole time to distract me because i was super nervous. When i get super nervous i will have a seizure. For once i was calm and collected and it was all because of Laurie. Not only was that the quickest app i have ever had she called me in within 3 mins of checking in.

Ruptured my patellar tendon in knee and had both my surgery and rehab here which were good. Surgeon was great, physical therapist was great. Parking a bit tough.

All my doctors are there, never have to wait when I get there, they have free valet parking. The phlebotomist's are great, radiology too. I've gone to urgent care a few times and was in and out in a few hours. There is a cafe on the 3rd floor with yummy sandwiches & croissants, right outside my ob's office when I was pregnant. It's great having Boston doctors in the suburbs, one of the benefits of being so close, you get the best. When you're all done you can shopping at patriot place.

I have been getting allergy shots at the site for 2 1/2 years. I can tell you it is difficult to get your shots regularly even though they’ll tell you it’s weekly or monthly that you’re supposed to get them you can’t always get in at those times. They seem to only do them mid week afternoons. No flexibility with them at all.

Mostly great doctors. Organization could use alot of help. Have never gone to an appointment here without waiting a minimum of 30 minutes to get into the actual room nevermind the 10 minutes I wait for my actually doctor to come talk to me. Most times upon my arrival I am informed of a time change for my appointment that I was unaware of and did not confirm. I have even had appointments rescheduled without my knowledge! Very displeased with the organization and timing of this branch of Brigham and women's.

The primary care practice moved from Norwood to Patriot Place. My physician actually left due to health reasons. I was assigned to a different doctor. I had not been sick for several years so I never went to the new practice since it was not needed. Last month I was taken to the emergency room and was diagnosed with a thyroid problem. I was told to call B&W to set up an appointment with my primary care so I can be monitored. When I called the receptionist informed me that my assigned doctor was not taking new patients. I told her about it moving and she said they ASSuMEd that I was no longer a patient there. She did advise that other doctors were taking new patients; however, they would not start seeing someone until December. I am very disappointed and used to only deal with doctors that were affiliated with B&W. I still have not found a primary care doctor and I only have two days left with my prescription. I will be contacting the better business bureau.

First time here so far not a fan of this so called health center. Only friendly ones are security and valet guys other than that everyone else has an attitude problem. I was late but first clinic i come to that doesnt help you out on your first day! Live 30 min away and took my son out of school for nothing to come all the way to a clinic full of rude people.

Incredibly challenging to make an appointment. I called today and everything until February is booked but they did not have a schedule open for March. I asked to update some insurance information and they could not help with that either stating that there is a different office they would need to do that for me. I don't understand how these people have any patients.

Do not go to their urgent care if you are traveling from out of state and your insurance covers only emergency visits out of state. They bill their services as out patient and not urgent care. In that case, you might have to pay the entire bill out of pocket.

Staff is very rude. My wife was told that she might want to go somewhere else because they are very expensive. Doctor told her to take Tylonal and see her primary care. Big letters on top of chart said no insurance ( reason for poor treatment ) even though we were willing to pay cash. They only treat patients with insurance like kings and queens so they can jack up the fees.

I think the primary care doctors a are wonderful. They've helped me more than I could ever say. But if your ever hurt and down urgent care, and like me have a substance abuse problem (on record) get ready to be treated like a second class drug seeker. I think its pretty clear most people to go Er's for HELP. If I was actively using these days......urgent care isn't were I'd be looking to score....lol I should have stayed home and just sat with the pain I guess, because that's what I was treated like last time i was injured and the time before that last year. That 50 mg tramadol could have helped some one more deserving than me......lol good looking out doc I went to another doctor Told it was fractured and I have to see specialist for the ligament I tore what going on there 3rd times this happen (is it my history) that makes you not to do your job?? I needed help Ill tell you something I was taught " you don't have to like em but you do have to like em.

The Orthopedic sports and performance Center is Quite impressive. Caters to various sports, injury and Age related rehabilitation. Insurance accepted. Adequate parking available. Staff are courteous and willing to answer questions. Well equipped centre for various needs.
