Adore the staff. Therapy team goes the extra mile to find out individual goals of patients. I have referred several friends to COS location with excellent rehab results. My own family in Arizona also needed the stroke program for loved ones and we sent to sister location with nothing but positive feedback.

A family member was an inpatient here recently and is continuing with outpatient rehab currently. The staff has been nothing but friendly, attentive, respectful, and helpful during my family member’s recovery. Outpatient rehab sessions seemed thorough and time was taken to answer our questions, describe treatment, and give exercises with explanations in detail. The staff seemed very familiar and jovial with all of the patients I observed them with while I attended a PT session. From my perspective it was very professional, friendly, and caring. My family very much appreciates all of the staff members who both directly and indirectly cared for my family member and us during the recovery process.

I want to send my mother here. Even though she has not been here yet. I’m reading the reviews. The reason why I’m giving it 5 stars is because this facility seem to respond to opinions on here which shows me that they care and acknowledge the feelings of others. Already good in my book so far.

If I could give this facility no stars I would! I was recently a patient there and I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly in my life by anyone in the medical field I did have a few great nurses but the staff on a whole was awful. They did not follow my doctors orders, they didn't listen to what I had to say, they were also rude to my doctor when she would call, they released me to early, I mean it was just not a good place at all. Please if you are thinking about sending a loved one there especially an older loved one DON'T, just please DON'T! There is a lot more to say but about my treatment but really all I want people to know is don't put your loved ones in the care of a place that really doesn't care at all.

Totally recommend this place! Heard it's the best place in town and it is! Everyone is genuinely kind and compassionate and always happy to help! You learn practical things in physical and occupational therapies and the food is good too!

Inge Curnutte's Family 10/8/2015 What a warm, friendly place for moms rehab.ALL the staff and Doctors were so kind and careing. Lawrence was a super star and he sings great. Our whole experiance could not have been better Max-in OT, Matt in PT, nurse Sylivia, PT Allison Tech Caro, linda, lDr, Collins are the BEST.... Courtnetney in Case Management was overboard heapfull... Health south having a computer to use helped with scheduling Taxi, Air tickets finding places here in town (we are from Arizona)... THANK YOU ALL... FROM BOTH MY WIFE AND MYSELF.... GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND HEALTH SOUTH....

Trying to contact case managers regarding loved ones treatment and giving important information before they are released is impossible. I left messages with Case Manager Nicole. Still hearing crickets as opposed to a phone call. They only rate one star because you have to give at least one star. Otherwise, they would get a big fat ZERO.
