On the ER they will always see you depending on the severity of your problem. I was on a lot of pain for kidney stones. After couple hours of waiting they gave me pain killers and they did all the tests eventhough I only had the emergencies Medical insurance. They had me overnight to monitor me and they gave me a bed to spend the night. The nurse wasn't too compassionate but I was treated very well overall. I'm very grateful.

the service here is trash. And the WiFi is trash too. It said no connection and when I asked if there was a different network the person behind the computer said it wasn’t working for them as well. And nobody had cellphone service. don’t expect to have cellphone service in the building at all! In emergencies I would assume this is important.. Due to people coughing in the enclosed area I told the person behind the computer in the waiting room and the one behind the standing computer that we were going to be outside. And they said it was ok they go outside to call too. We waited some hours then finally someone comes outside and calls my wife. He said he was about to delete us because we didn’t answer and I was like whoa there pal no one called us, we were outside next to the door so there was no fooling us. Mhm. We were seen pretty quick after that and went to the “little room” where the nurse practitioner saw us and basically said due to the throat abscess they had no support at that hospital for anything. She was pretty stubborn when asked questions and had no people skills. We noticed she was short and rude with Other patients as well. No lab or anything is available here. The lvn went over the discharge information. It’s funny because the paper they gave us said see your doctor if you have drainage which we did and he said go to the er. Apparently the wrong one. I regret coming to this one. I only wish I would have read reviews first.

PIH Whittier is a fantastic hospital!! They move on everything. They have recently taken over Downey Regional, Which is now PIH Downey. They are in process of making many changes, and I am very confident that PIH will be as good as PIH Whittier. It will take a little time in order to have the best services as they do at PIH Whittier. Don't give up on PIH Downey. They are in transition, and have gotten rid of many staff not meeting up to expectations.

Don't go here if you can help it! My [adult] niece had surgery to replace a shunt in her head. [I'll spare you all the details as to why they waited until she had excruciating headaches to replace it]. One week after they released her, she was back in because there was an infection at the incision. So many (careless) things happened after that: they took a CT scan, but the doctor didn't check for results because no one recorded on her chart that a CT scan was even done. When the Physician's Assistant came into the room {2 days after the CT Scan was done} she looked at my niece and said, "we'll schedule a CT scan for her", the aunt said "she already had one." When the PA saw the CT results she said, "she needs to have surgery right away!" [can you imagine if the PA hadn't come in that day?] Before she went into surgery that day, the family reminded the medical team not to intibate her (put a tube in her air passageway) because her passageway is to narrow, (she was born premature and it is not fully developed); instead use an oxygen mask....which is how she always goes into surgery. Their response, "yeah...we got it." What do they do? They intibate her! And after surgery, the tube is still in her mouth because now they're afraid to remove it because they had such a difficult time putting it in...[which is why they were supposed to use an oxygen mask!], and just in case she has problems breathing....which she didn't have before the surgery. Now she can't eat because there's a tube down her throat. So they suggest that she be transported to UCLA Medical so that medical doctors there could evaluate her breathing situation. UCLA said they had no rooms available yet, but in the meantime, "remove the tube and give her a tracheotomy (which she has had before). The Ear Nose Throat specialist at Downey, refused to do that. Long story short, after one week of having that tube in her mouth...and not eating... the ENT doctor at Downey, finally removed the tube and gave her a tracheotomy [which the UCLA doctor had said to do several days prior] and sent her home...not having been moved to UCLA at all...after waiting over 1 week for that transport. When she was released from Downey hospital to go home, the very same night she was back in ER because the trache was clogged and it wouldn't clear even with the equipment they sent home with her. Turns out, they didn't give her all the right equipment to care for the trache. She spent over 3 weeks in that hospital....2 weeks of it had to do with the tube in her mouth....which had they listened to use an oxygen mask, none of that would have happened. Then to be released only to go back in the very same night because they didn't give her the right equipment! Terrible! Terrible! Hospital! Stay away! Go somewhere else. By the way, when my niece returned to the hospital that night, she went to White Memorial.....a much better hospital!

They were great. I thought I was going to have to wait 6-7 hrs *but it took 15 minutes and I was on a bed already. I was in and out in less then 2hrs. Thanks to all the staff

Wack as hospital.. they'll let u die here I was in so much pain and the doctor Seen me 4 hours later I kept asking for pain medication and they didn't give me anything. They need better nurses and doctors who actually care about your health. Like I said they'll let u die in the waiting room .. they do NOT check up on you at ALL.

My mother was in the hospital for 3 days. The care was terrible from the moment we arrived. She arrived by ambulance due to a heart/blood pressure problem. They kept her and the paramedics waiting in the hallway for over 30 minutes. One of the paramedics asked the head nurse twice to take over the care. The tech did not do a blood draw until over an hour and they never picked up her urine sample. Finally admitted into hospital. Doctors were rude and did as little as possible. Pharmacy never sent up her meds. I had to use the complaint phone on the second day to get her meds. Very unhappy with experience.

I am not the person to leave bad reviews but in this case it's necessary. Rude personal and they don't even care why you are there for, most of the time they are online and laughing.Even though it was an emergency I end up been seen 6 hrs after. Charge my insurance and charge me when I refuse treatment, the dr send me a separate bill when she didn't even saw me. I try to talked to them about my experience and all that they care it's for you to pay once you walk through that door. They are not even clean. Over all worse emergency hospital I have been.

we went to the emergency room around 2:30 in the afternoon they called us at 7:30pm when we came in i told the doctor the my boyfriend's big toe is swollewen and the cause of the yellow skin around it is because we put callus or corn remover but he told us no its a blister and he needs to cut it its been two days since he cut his toe but the pain was worsen it didnt even help even the antibiotics he gave us. worse doctor ever not because we have insurance that is coming from the goverment you will do this to us.

Very rude, unorganized, and uneducated staff. I go check on my loved one to see a "confidential woman" is taking notes and she cannot communicate properly with me. Nasty looks and faces. The next day they will not let me visit my loved one yet they let underage kids go in. Are you serious!? Security sucks & all staff have nasty attitudes. The worst hospital ER experience of my life everyone is so unwelcoming and you can sense they didn’t want to do their job. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome here. My recent trip to the ER was uneventful. It was a long wait like most ER visits and it was a bit dirty in the bathroom but it could have been worse. I am not sure why some people walk in and expect to be seen within a half hour. It is an emergency room with incidents most people could not stomach to know. Things are going on behind the scenes that nobody else sees. When I took my daughter to the ER for a fever (which turned out to be an ear infection) I was so irritated to wait. I had been there for 2 hours and I had 5 kids under the age of 10 with me. I complained to the nurse and she promptly told me that when they were done with the gun shot victim and the kid that drowned maybe they could see me. I decided to stay quiet and be grateful that I was only there for a kid with a fever. This was years ago at Harbor UCLA medical center which is also a trauma center. I never forgot that lesson in humility and understanding. Although this hospital was a little dirty and the staff were not the brightest cheery hospital staff I have encountered, I attribute that to what they see on a daily. Also, the different attitudes and personalities they have to deal with every time they show up for their shift. If people stop getting so butt hurt and offended all the time and start trying to be a little more understanding of others then perhaps those attitudes will resonate with the people they are dealing with and it will be a different experience. I know when I choose to take that attitude then I see things from a different perspective. I finally figured out that the world does not revolve around me. I just have to remind myself of it from time to time because I tend to forget. Thank you to the doctor that stitched me up. I hope your father is well.

There can always be room for growth in certain regards but it does not take away from the hard work & dedication of the staff. The staff r great from the bottom to the top. If there were a Academy Award for this kind of service they would receive several nominations. I see such a bright future for P.I.H. many prayers & blessings. Not to long after I posted this I've dealt wit discrimination & unethical behavior.This has sadden me & disappointed me.

Worst hospital ever, I truly hate this ER. Contacting the board on this place. Came in complain of weakness, numbness,heart palpitations, no real anxiety, Manual breathing, dizzy, worried of course. high blood pressure. Started getting weak in chair so wheelchairs me out back to waiting room , then got up to walk maybe catch my breath passed out in front of hospital. My gf was with me and caught me as I collapsed. Remember being wheeled back in, they did not check pupils, or pulse. which were dilated and completely flushed skin tone, didn't remember passing out. They still had me wait in waiting room after. Plus on Vic for pain, they knew this, after waiting for 2 hours! Got in at 8-830 so 10-1030they give me tramadol, which after asking my doc is a big NO. Major interactions between the two, seizures, etc. I could tell something was wrong and had demanded multiple times for help and please remove the iv w tramadol. My gf had to go ask even more times. Requested the charge nurse, NEVER showed. I had to find and confront her. This place can cost you your life! Plus the Dr would walk away from me while I was speaking and explaining. The nurse and doctor didn't even know that I had passed out up front! How? Terrible uneducated staff. The very last thing the Dr had to say was something could be wrong with your brain and offered a CT scan. Why wouldn't she offer that before? Only after I get up and say my Dr hasn't come back in over an hour and a half yet she offers the scan.

Worst hospital I've ever been, my mother who was diagnosed with cancer never received help from them they just gave her the run around which left her suffering. Their oncologist Dr. Kyle green of The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is a absolute joke of a doctor. Most of the workers here are absolutely lazy and the treatment of my mother was something no one should go through. My mother entered this hospital suffering with cancer never received treatment and ultimately passed away. Another experience was when I broke my foot I didnt know so I went urgent Care and they took x-rays of my foot and the urgent Care doctor told me I was fine a couple days later I got a call from my primary saying my bone was shattered on my small pinky toe they sent me to a foot specialist and each appointment took over 2-3 weeks to attend due to their stupid scheduling the whole process of seeing the doctor took almost 3 months and the doctor didn't do much because it turned out my bone healed up it's self during the time I waited to attend the appointments I would stay away from this joke of a hospital if possible and go to Whittier or long beach Locations

I will never come to this hospital again. My wife was in Labor. Of course, the OB/GYN Doctor had to called. They're on call and not present. I informed nurse to call the doctor, but of course, she didn't. I then ask her to page a Code L&D for the Emergency Physician to assist in this Labor. She didn't. My wife delivered with the assistance of the Nurses. Thank God nothing happened to our son. When the Doctor arrived, she was upset with the Nursing Staff. She didn't understand why she wasn't called sooner. Then of course, you get your bill. They're quick to get their money, but lack in providing the best patient care. Called Accounting and spoke yo Patty. She would call me back the following day to address my bill. She took my number and assure she will call me back the next day. As a precaution, I got her extension, just in case. I ask to be transfered to her Supervisor. I spoke to her and felt that nothing was resolved. I ask to be transfered to Upper Management. Of course ,I got redirected to a different place. They transfered the call to PIH in Whittier. They couldn't help me out and redirected to PIH Downey. Finally, I got transfered to someone who handled complaints. I left her a message. I had to call Patty back due that I didn't here anything from her. I felt that they didn't care and I will not be coming back to this facility nor the one in Whittier. They lack Customer Service and will not refer any one to PIH. I wouldn't of gave them any star, but that was the only option I had.

Exceptionally worse, if I could rate a negative stars I would. Came here, sitting in the bed. No doctor come by for hour, neither has any nurse come by. I think it's you have a urgent matter, this hospital ER will definitely kill you faster by not giving you the care that you needed. OB- the Asian and Hispanic male OBs have horrible bed side manner and just completely ignored my wife’s pains and aches. We are now at a different hospital and she’s ready to give birth. Also, they do not have wheelchairs at this hospital apparently. It’s ridiculous. Nurses were great though! The only big complaint my wife had was that her nurses had long nails and had to measure her cervix.

Terrible nurses. The doctor orders a CT scan at 10am and they don't do the CT scan until 1am the next morning. There excuse is they thought it was done already. Really you thought it was done but are lazy to check and even after being told seveal times by family members it wasn't done you still say we thought it was done.Bad nursing staff needs to be trained better. Took my wife to the county hospital just last year and got so much better service and didn't have to pay for anything. The only bright side at this hospital is the janitorial staff. They never stop and are so nice. They deserve more money for all the work they do. DONT bring your loved one to this hospital if at all possible. Whittier pih is not that far away and has better service. Downey pih does not even deserve one star.

Do not come here. Go to a different e.r. I have an appointment for lab culture test in June SOMEWHERE ELSE. Something that maybe could have been done on THE premises. took prescription without needing to take it, or maybe I never responded to it and i told the NP that i didn' respond to the medication. To me, my experience felt like here is the prescription for liability purposes, go home and deal with it. No lab work, nothing. what is the point of coming to an emergency room, to be sent home?

This has to be the absolute worst ER I have EVER experienced! My wife was sick from pains in her lower abdomen, so we went to this place. We had previously been here when it was still Downey Regional and never was it this bad!!! We should have left when the person sitting next to us told us that he had been waiting since 8am and we got there at 3pm. First of all, the staff was indifferent to the needs of the patients and were more then willing to engage in verbal confrontation. After several hours of utter chaos in the lobby, the security guard decided to kick everyone who was not a patient out to the street, yes it was cold outside, for no apparent reason other than because he was tired of the complaints. So the wait continued and after the shift change, people slowly started to creep back inside to seek shelter from the cold. It is now 12:18 am and we are still waiting... please be kind to yourself and make a better choice than PIH in Downey. I can honestly say that I am now traumatized of waiting in the emergency room due to the neglect and cattle treatment by the staff of this place to its patients. Update. 1:18am Still waiting... Update. 2:18am More waiting...

On January 15 I had my daughter at PIH in Downey. From the moment I enter the hospital to the day we were both discharged I was treated with care and respect. I had the best nurses every single nurse was so nice, helpful, hardworking. I also have a 3 years that was born in another hospital in Downey and I felt discriminated. The nurse forgot I was in the room the day I went to see if I had open because my contractions were 5 min apart The nurse comes in and tells me they didn't know I was there in that room after waiting in the room for 2 Hrs. The next day a nurce come in the room and tells me she was going to change my sheets but PULLED OUT MY CATHETER that was rap around the sheet because she didn't do carefully she just pulled all the blankets. I had the longest most painful recovery ever. I had the worst experience that I was so afraid to go to PIH. Dr Park and Dr Chon perform my csection and I have fully recovered. I am so grateful with all PIH nurses and doctors that I highly recommend this hospital for the most important moments of your life. THANK YOU PIH!!

It’s all about the numbers here. They don’t spend time giving proper care, they just half-assssss their care to get more people in. This place totally sucks. Been in here over 4 times in 6 months at not once have we been given answers. Staff openly complains about doing the job they get paid to do, I’m looking at you - ED staff. You SUCK. Doctor wouldn’t listen to description of pain, kept saying it wasn’t enough for them to investigate more.

Honestly speaking this place is a joke, if you thought that the old Downey hospital was already bad, now that PIH took over this place is horrible, in every single aspect, I acknowledge that nurses, techs and care partners are just doing their job and can only do much, but this place is rotten from management down... Horrible service. Poor quality care. My family member went there and they missed his diagnosis sent him home with antibiotics. The doctor didn’t bother to do a full exam or a CT scan. He went to a different hospital and now is going to be hospitalized and may need surgery because they missed his diagnosis. I would NEVER go there personally or take any of my loved ones there. You would be best served going to a bigger hospital with quality doctors. I’m horrified about the type of care he received. The surgeon who saw my family member was appalled that a full exam was not done or a CT scan. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE HOSPITAL!!!

Emergency services were top notch. I was surprised that despite being under construction [upgrading sections of hospital], and it being a "busy" day, I was in and out in about 5 to 6 hours . Had blood and urine work done, ultrasound, and ct scan for my abdomen [severe lower back and abdomen pain I've been experiencing for about 5 days]. The customer service was great and the staff incredibly friendly. I can't imagine why people would leave bad reviews, but as they say, to each their own. Last time i went to an urgent care [wont mention where], the place had many less customers than PIH, yet still took over 12 hours. I know emergency takes patients in different orders

Downey Community Emergency is the WORST ER ever! My mom waited in pain for over 6 hours just be placed in a room and was there for a little over 10 hours total just to get blood test results and urine test results. Ridiculous!!! Meanwhile the sitting area was packed, with some guy whose hand was bleeding all over and was only given a rag while he sat and waited, also an elderly lady with a massive contusion on her forehead was left there to wait and was only given an ice pack. The staff was rude, never again will we be stepping foot in that place!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE READING THIS!!

If I could give zero stars, that would be my option. My 4 year old son, broke his leg and they didnt cast his legs properly. His vitals weren't taken properly and he wasn't checked for other injuries from his fall. Worst of all, he was never actually seen by an actual doctor or orthopedic at any time of his stay, it was just nurses coming in to check on him.

I believe that all hospitals or were ever u take anyone to go see or get treated at will be the same right kn you guys might complain but when it comes to the point were we actually have no were and I mean no were that will be able to stich us back up or to bring us back to health at that moment will all be upset worried not knowing what to do and cry for help be thank full at least ur getting help even if it takes an hour or two your getting the help take advantage most people can't they wait for weeks days months some don't even make it to at least wait some months. I'm confused by the other reviews that rate this E.R. poorly. I found the security, and staff to be efficient and friendly. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to assess the random medical cases that just walk in through the doors. Thank you for treating me, my wife, and daughter so well.

i had such a traumatic experience here with my mental health. they wouldn't let me see anyone and pretty much ignored me the whole time. go somewhere else if you really need too because now I'm afraid to be alone in hospital/doctors patients room.

The nurses are liars and are disrespectful. The doctors cover their badges, so I couldn't even see who was treating my daughter. For all I know, it could have been some creep/child molester who sneaked in and wanted to see my baby. Worst medical treatment for babies! Do NOT take your daughter if you are uncomfortable having them stick cotton swabs and temperature sticks in their rectum and vagina! The moment I refused, the nurse said, "Excuse me, but why are you so upset?! (obviously because the nurse lied that there was no other way to check temperature other than rectum check)," the nurse then continued, "if you don't mind me asking, why would you even bring your child here then?!" My experience was very condescending, unprofessional! Seriously, why cover your name badge?! The moment they found out we were not going to allow them to do another rectum check, they kicked us out of the hospital. They lied. I'm so insulted! The temporal scanner was available in the hospital, but they lied. Gave us no choice at all. Another nurse told us that it did exist and they had it available, and then when I told her the other nurse lied, she made a 360 and said that they didn't had it available. Liars. This hospital is full of liars. I'm disgusted by their conduct!

The worst experience ever! My relative was sent to this hospital for a gi tube replacement. She arrived at 1pm from her nursing facility and was not seen until after 6:00pm, when we showed up! We found out she was at the e.r., only because we went to see her at her facility and she wasn't there!

Checked dad into the ER last nite (Sunday nite 9pm) - Staff & Dr were very courteous & polite, and really pretty quick. No complaints. (dad is 92 & short on breath, so that might have contributed to our speed).

I was there with my sister who is in pre-school. She was vomiting non-stop, she had been doing this all day, holding her side. A security guard came out just looked at us. I was begging him to go get a doctor or nurse. He told me “ well what do you want me to do”, I was asking him for help, to go get a doctor. He just stood there. We were waiting outside in the cold, the waiting room was packed but my sister wanted to sit, I didn’t mind waiting. But for the security guard to look at a 4 year old who would not stop throwing up, and not get help. That’s so disgusting. What a horrible place!

We brought my mom here because it was listed in her insurance network. Not only did they take an eternity to help her, the few tests they ran were not focused on what she was telling them she was experiencing. They also were not telling her anything useful regarding her tests as if they didn't know how to read the results. The doctor was very condescending and lacked compassion. They discharged her saying she was only experiencing dizziness when she was experiencing much more than that. So we ended up taking her somewhere else where they know what they were doing and were actually taking care of her. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for rude, cold staff and the crappiest most negligent service ever!

My wife and I waited in the ER lobby for SIX HOURS. She finally got a room just after six hours now we have been waiting for Urine sample results for two hours....this is the second urine sample we are waiting for, not sure what happened to the first one. Terrible seeing your loved ones in pain while the staff chit chat about their personal lives in the hall way. IF YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION SEEK IT ELSEWHERE!!!

My son had outpatient surgery today at this facility. I just want to say how grateful we both are for the tender care, the attentive Dr. And nursing staff gave to my son's needs. Constant reassurance and thorough information and aftercare instructions. Restrooms,bedding and the entire unit was clean. I give them 5 stars and two thumbs up!

I had heard negative things about this place however, I went in with my elderly friend to the E.R. on a Friday and the staff and doctor were rather friendly, professional, provided fast service and did several tests, x-rays,blood & urine tests and ultrasound fairly quickly. The E.R. has been remodeled and it was very clean Dr. Tung was our doctor and I think she was pretty awesome! =)

The wait ain't that long Its way better coming here than going to saint France's in lynwood you'll be there all day and night... I honestly would rather come here than anywhere else . the only thing that does bother me is that it's like the doctors are in a hurry to get rid of you they talk to you so fast and ask all of the questions at once and .... Worst hospital ever ! My father went in very ill, he wasn’t not given proper care by the staff. I feel a lot of these nurses don’t really care about the patients. It’s about their paycheck. I complained to there head nurse about a few incidents; one being my fathers wallet was missing and they couldn’t locate it. It had money inside of it, his green card and bank card. It was recorded that it was with him in the ER so my guess is they have very unprofessional staff and someone stole it. Second incident I complained about not knowing why they aren’t finding out what was wrong with my father. He was incoherent and they couldn’t figure out why. I also complained about food. My father wasn’t eating to begin with and they want to give him hamburgers and heavy foods. The third day I requested a liquid diet for him cause he wasn’t gaining weight he was loosing weight. How did they clearly not see this?! At this point I’m concerned for my fathers well being. Therefore expressed how I felt to their head nurse, I requested a transfer but they denied and stepped up. Yes they stepped up but the very next day discharged my father. He was stable at home but still incoherent from time to time but after a week he declined. I took him elsewhere and they immediately discovered he was very anemic and needed an emergency blood transfusion. I thank Beverly hospital so much for there staff that do go above and beyond to help their patients.

My son became seriously ill and we went to PIH Downey Hospital. The care received by my son was excellent from the moment we spoke to the first attendant. He was seen quickly by the nurse, then the doctor and shortly after was sent to intensive care. Throughout my son's stay at this hospital, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the nurses and doctors and their skilled handling of my son's illness. I am very grateful for the excellent care that my son received at this hospital!

Worst Hospital experience I ever had in my Life.I took my father in for a cough. 30 days later he passed in the hospital this place does not have enough staff or specialists one doctor running back and forth 14 hour shifts taking care of 20 rooms. I tried everything possible to transfer my father unfortunately once your on ICU its impossible for another hospital to admit you. Day after day my father was being killed slowly I'm so heartbroken.

Worse hospital you can ever come to ! This needs to be shut down . I had someone come in suffering from cancer so they did surgery but they did it in the wrong area and the cancer spread . I can’t believe these doctors they are unprofessional! One of the nurses there decided to give her a medicine she didn’t even know what it was for . She gave the patient the wrong medicine that just killed her faster. She did not last a week with the medicine that was given to her . Please look at reviews before you decide what hospital you are going to . And if you are thinking about coming to this one I hope you think twice! Don’t come here just because you think it is close or cheaper . It’s better safe then sorry this hospital will cost you a family members life.

I believe all these hospitals in the state of California have Doctors that really do not know what they are doing. In the medical field. A lot of Doctors misdiagnose it'S PATIENTS. I AM ONE OF THOSE WHO WAS MISDIAGNOSED. TODAY'S DOCTORS MUST BE CHECK OUT. ASK QUESTIONS. IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. THEN CHANGE. IT IS SAD. I took a relative to the hospital (out patient surgery)in Downey today. Everyone in that hospital that I came in contact with was a joy! The staff in the department are all smiling and welcoming you. From the time you check in to the time another smiling person comes to take you back is less than 5 minutes. Stress free for the patient. Then asking for the WiFi code, again full attention and smiles. How to get to cafeteria- Yes, full directions and smiles. Getting confused on way back, no worries; someone stopped and took us to the right door. Watching staff interact with each other and others coming to cover their breaks and lunches. It is obvious, they love their jobs! The hospital is spotless, the bathroom is spotless and smells amazing...yes, the bathroom! I worked in hospitals for over 30 years before I retired. It was amazing to watch the Out Patient team interact with each person that walked thru their doors. PIH - patient family experience - you get it! If you got this part so right, I am banking you got the rest right too. Kudos Yes, I told the staff and their supervisor this too.

Worst place ever. I went to the ER because my arm was numb for 6 hours prior and while I was waiting in the lobby (which was full) the nurses just kept gossiping with security guards about how drunk they get / going to get on the weekends. After I saw the nursetriage they made me wait in another waiting room ( my left arm was still feeling numb) I litterally saw another nurse come down and stand by the desk pulls out her phone and starts gossiping with other nurses about facebook! I finally got seen by a DR just to be told to take it to my primary care physcician. SO UNPROFFESIONAL !
