Went hear while on vacation July 2019. My daughter had an allergic reaction to a sting and we took her to the ER. Calm inviting staff who go us in and out with everything we needed. My 5 year old was scared and they were so calm and inviting, it settled her down! The doctor and nurse left a great impression on me and my husband. Very impressed

I have been to the ER several times over the past few years for knee injuries after falling and once when I had pneumonia. (2011-2017) Each time I was treated with respect and professional expertise. My condition is complicated by a chronic lung condition that causes shortness of breath after minor activity and a heart condition that causes rapid heartbeat. All relevant testing and xrays and examination by specialists were done carefully, even though it was late in the evening on a weekend for some visits. It is not pleasant to wait for several hours overall, but in the end, important to remember that it is so helpful to be able to be treated and have some answers at a time when medical offices are closed. The place was always clean and environment comfortable and at all times I knew I was not forgotten while I waited.

Worst ER you can visit. Unless you get a Dr. Shoes as I call him (bright red shoes) you are better off googling what's wrong or going to Willits

I believe two time I have to go to ICCU in this hospital, I come back home still alive thanks to all the docter n staff, the nurse all people work there all of them taking care of me very kindness and respect..thank you all n Gbu

I always find the people friendly, prompt and helpful. I have had multiple surgeries and everything has been explained and professional. I am glad they are my local hospital!

The emergency room is well organized, the staff, from the moment we arrived was sympathetic and very professional. The wait was minimal, the nurses and doctors were sympathetic and treated us beautifully. An emergency is never fun. The treatment we received at the hands of the Mendocino personnel made it very bearable.

I was born here in 1982 and checked it out today for the first time to see where I was born and staff were really accommodating and kind. They allowed me to visit the maternity ward and to my surprise they had a photo on the wall of me from the day I was born. It was really special for me to experience this. This hospital is not your typical hospital. It’s very kind, warm and personable the way hospitals should be.

2 hours waiting in the emergency room with a sick baby. No nurse came to at least take a TPR. I've been hearing various complaints about this hospital. Locals would rather travel to the Willits hospital than be treated at this hospital.

Was there as an traveler....horrible people that work there. All the way down to the HR lady Arlene and whoever the lady is whose in charge of checking up on the travelers. Didn't meet her not one time but talked trash to my recruiter, lied and made up stories about me. Will never work there again, I drove across the United States to be there and wasn't treated like a human being at all.

I went in to the ER for some help with some serious poison oak I have. Fast forward I'm sitting in a gown waiting the front desk nurse had me sign stuff, mid doing that I asked how much and she said it would be $600 for a ER visit. I told her I can't do that and I will just manage with the poison oak. I have poison oak covering my face, stomach, entire left arm, right forearm, entire lower legs, hips, lower back, groin, and neck. The nurse said "Oh come on! You live out of your car and have a job, it's just $600". I can't find a place to live in the town here so I just live out of my car till I can find a job in a city where I can afford it. Just trying to pay off debt. Never going to a hospital again, just a bunch of scandals. I'm a 25 year old male and veteran.

Saw an acupuncturist in this facility for sciatica, if I had the money I'd go all the time to see him. The complex looks good and is pretty nicely laid out, plenty of parking as well.
