Horrible! Been here since 7pm and it is now 3am talking about if we can come back at 11am?? This is the worst service ever! Especially the sign in lady that looks like a man! She had the worst attitude and all she worried about was what she was having for lunch and a black cut off screen! Really!? While my mom is sitting here possibly having a heart attack! Very disappointed @ Beverly hospital, I've been a patient here which I was treated properly & taken care of. As well for my mom also been a patient many times. But this last time was an awful experience. She was in patient for 2 days & they decide to discharged my mom to a nursing skill home without my permission N notification, in the middle of the night. Which she suffers from Dementia. I go N visit the next morning N my mom not there. Front desk N admitting couldn't say where she was. N the guy from admitting, very rude no compassion at all. I finally found my mom all the way in L.A. when we live in Montebello, not acceptable. So upset N scared not knowing where she was. I hope no family goes what I went through. This hospital is even lucky to get 1 star. Should be 0....

This was without a doubt the WORST medical ER I have ever been to. Whomever is running the place needs to be fired and those who call themselves "Nurses" need to few months back in school. I will be contacting a Attorney and I plan to bring legal action. Just a horrible place to be if you are sick and NEED HELP.

I arrived and was attended immediately at the check in . The nurse checking my pressure and temperature was nice . The Jew doctor Manuell was an incompetent idiot! The staff seem pretty careless , unprofessional and I observed them just fooling around and having stupid conversations instead of attending patients . I even observed a nurse flirting with the security guard . Many staff members with dyed blue/pink hair , tattoos and piercings. I guess they might be the immature trainees but they don't seem too eager to actually do their job and do the work they are assigned to do .the last guy who gave me my paperwork was also nice and professional

Very good experience. NO complaints at all the nurses were awesome and very informative. Lots of help and very convenient for the tests being done in the room your in. Doctors as well where on time you did not have to wait for answers they were very informative and genuinely in to your health and well being. I would recommend a friend and family members. Anne Paola and Dr. Nahlawi awesome team. My specialist tea with Dr. Fung very informative as well and I look forward to working with them on my health.

Dr Stacey Valdez is a life saver. Everyone takes a minute to complain, I get it. I'm taking a minute to tell you if you're in need of a hospital, Beverely Hospital is a good place to check-in before you check-out.

My Mother was admitted into ER and had a horrible experience. The worst staff ever and she was in a lot of pain.......I had to go and take her to another ER to get the help and treatment needed for Kidney Stones. Will never go back there again.

This hospital has good doctors but poorly trained (or undertrained) nurses and hospital staff. Every time we bring our kids into the ER or call for medically related issues there is always an unprofessional attitude. This is telephonically and in person. I can never get to the heart of the matter which is trying to get the kids health care without an unprofessional and hostile attitude from the staff. I am not sure what the issue is but I really hope someone will look into the treatment of patients from these nurses in the ER. It's a shame because I no longer want to bring myself or my kids here. I would rather go to Downey or Whittier which is further but has staff that are better trained professionally.

This is by far one of the worst hospitals. The staff just leaves you in the emergency room. My fiancé got back from the restroom we have been waiting over 45 min for someone to come back and hook her back up. Very unprofessional.

I have been to Beverly hospital countless of times to many times to count I love the staff there it's a great hosp to be at the only gripe I have is THE FOOD, they serve the patients is horrible I've had about the same food in jail! I have been to some hospitals where the food is actually good! & When your sick the last thing In the world you want is bad food, to get well please do something about this please I'm not kidding some hospitals do have decent food! So what's the problem at the Beverly hospital??? Do something about that isn't that why you send questioners after you leave the hospital doesn't anybody read them I'm sure people don't say that this hospital has great food I can bet my life on that! I love the prepared childbirth class provided free by the hospital. Mrs Medina is very open-minded and knowledgeable and provided the needed information for childbirth. I learned so much during class time and also had practice of childbirth. Now I feel more confident to deliver my baby! Definitely recommend this free class to all patients!

As I sit here, waiting to go through admissions for a simple x-ray (for 30 minutes and counting), I'm struck by the stern demeanor of the admitting clerks. As if they are the authority and doing you a favor, rather than providing a paid service. Also wondering why it always takes so darned long to go through this process??? I'm also asked to sign for forms indicating that I've read them, when they haven't even been shown to me yet. Oh well.... Whatever gets me thru this process so I'm not waiting any longer!

First time taking my son to this hospital and it’s amazing the level of service they have here, for starters the wait time is crazy. All the paper work they make you sign to bill you amazing, they are more concerned about you signing them attending to the bleeding and stitches my son needed. Did not recieve appropriate treatment for my wounds i.e wound care nurse, timely physical therapy, sufficient dietary regimen,etc. Wasn't given adequate pain medications i.e dosage, type etc. The cna staff in tower 5 for the most part were good. A few shinning stars. Roxy, queta, rochelle,sylvia. The one's that were terrible, gloria and ilde. They were rude, and used entirely to much perfume. Overwhelming! Sorry if I left out anyone on that. The dietary staff were completely incompetent, getting everything wrong and never entirely fixing the problem. Stephanie, and michelle were of mo help, and meed discipline! There were a few shining star's. Anna, tina, julie, and marlene! They were awesome, and deserve recognition for stellar work!

Doctors were professional and nice i went in there thinking i was having a heart attack but it was a panic attack but mmaaann they move quick!! And check me thoroughly just to make sure I was fine. Oh and to those people that gave a bad review. Try going to los angelea Hospitals (dirty as hell)or centinela in inglewood (you will never get a room and once you get your room theyll rush you and wont even do further testing )you'll be in at 9am and wont go out until the next day trust me and bad customer service.

I was just there last night and the service was by far the worst, i had Nepmonia and no one attended me right plus my heart was hurting short of breathe, they kept me for 1:45 minutes and other patients that came in later then me were being called and i said what the Hell, the dumb clerk told me that they were before me and i told her BS i saw them come right after me, they are all disorgonize. I left and went to the Arcadia Methodist Hospital, they took me in right away in less then 5 minutes and hooked me to a monitor did X-ray and gave me medicine for my pain, Thats a Hospital. I dont recomend the Beverly Hospital, they are very DUMB & DISORGONIZE

Worst experience and I wasn't even a patient, I was just a visitor. My sister in law got t boned by a stolen vehicle and she was rushed to the beverly hospital by ambulance, they had her on the hall way for two hours through emergency before we were actually able to see her!!! I didn't see any urgency from any staff member and security guards here. Securities were naive and ignorant on their responsibilities. Anyway 3 hours later we were able to see her (one at a time) and we see that she is in bed but still in the hallway, I mean literally from the security booth to the other side of the door she's outside in the hallway!!! She was in emergency!!! Why wasn't she assigned to a room? She was just in a wreck and the only thing they did (with no urgency) check her vitals and sent her to a cat scan, which took 30 minutes for a cat scan.... This hospital needs better staff with the sense of care and urgency so whomever walks through those freaking double doors can depend on the staff doing their job and making us feel welcome here, making us feel like it will be ok dispyte of the situation wether I'm a patient or a visitor. The staff need to be trained to exceed expectations. people skills are poor, they need to not look miserable. Really bad hospitality here...

I wish I can put 0 stars but it doesn't let me. You would think having your first child would be the greatest experience in the world unfortunately this place and their labor and delivery staff ruined the entire experience for me. 27 hours straight suffering with pain and would call for nurses and they would say they were coming to give me my epidural in 5 mins hours would go by I'll call in again and they would say they were busy. After all that I ended up with emergency c-section won't get into details but I was awake through the entire process they rubbed anesthesia and felt every single cut I was screaming through the entire thing. Due to this experience I'm severely terrified to try for more children with my husband.

How can I start this? No professionalism, extremely disrespectful, and they have no idea what thy are doing. I went to the ER last night 01/08/17 and the fist thing I do is go register. The guy was so rude threw the papers to me and ignored me. After as I waited SO LONG the nurse calls me in (RUDE) I explained to her the reason for my visit and she scolded me telling me, "why did you wait so long mija, didn't your parents teach you better?" Umm excuse me? I came for help not to get yelled at!!!!! Anyways, I was assigned to a bed, got my ultrasound done. On the other hand the lady that did my ultrasound was very polite. As I'm waiting for my results they come in and tell me the reason for my pain. I start asking them questions and all they could say is, " umm well I'm guessing that.........." and all I could think is aren't you supposed to have answers to my questions. Nonetheless today morning I spoke to my attorney about my experience and he said file a law suite. I read all the reviews about this hospital and I am not the only one that thinks this. I think it's time for someone to step up and not just write comments. DO SOMETHING, BECAUSE I AM!!!

I went to Beverly hospital before for my daughter and I can't said I had the worst experience then they did take a long as time to see her do because she had a fever lover then 104 but it was above 100 anyways that was ok even do they kept us for a really long time the nurses where ok that's only reason I gave it 3stars because I went this Saturday around 12:00am and I could say the experience was not so appealing the girl at the desk was nice and patient she knew I was not feeling ok but the girl that was at the desk to check my temperature she looked irritated she was mean to me she was asking me questions in a mean way I was trying to explain and she was acting like I didn't belong there just because I didn't have diarrhea or a fever even do I felt terribly Sick she was mean and rude while asking me if I was pregnant and she even ask me if I was married when I said I didn't know if I was pregnant because I was on birth control but she didn't even let me finish telling her nothing she kept on being rude and the she asked me I had diarrhea I was gonna explain to her when she's was like"honey do you even know what diarrheal is" I mean I was feeling terrible my body was aching I was feeling nauseous the whole time this was going on all I wanted to do is get something to stop the pain or nauseous feeling btw never felt that nauseous before anyways after that rude incident they took me to one of their rooms and it was not that bad until another nurse at that desk as well was asking me in a rude way why was I there why did I think I was supposed to be there I responded by saying because I haven't been feeling good since yeasterday and I don't know what medicine to take and i know it's not going away then she was really mean because I couldent remember the store bought Advil name she started saying mean stuff I mean she's a nurse how could she be so disrespectful with her patients then she told my husband to turn off he's phone because he couldent use it again in a really rude way when the lady next to us was talking on the phone twice and not even once did the nurce tell her anything anyways the main doctor was nice he checked me he not once thought I was a waist of room he knew I was not feeling ok then the girls at the ultrasound they were great very professional at what they do they treat you with respect then I finally got some medicine and was finally feeling better even do I was starving because I couldent eat anything without throwing up and finally at 4:00pm Doctor said I was ok to be released but again when leaving Husband asked what does he do with my robe thing my husband was just asking a question and the nurse scorting us out was so rude and told him in a really rude way you leave that in a room I'm not lieing I've never seen such rude rude people and they care for the sick oh and another thing they were talking smack of the girl next to us after she left don't want to even images what theysaidaboutus anyways I just hope they're re check their staff

If i could give this hospital no stars i would! This staff is very rude and unprofessional i will never be coming back here i was there from 2:20-7pm! Other patients that got there way after me got attended before me ridiculous! To top it off when i finally get attended after telling 3 nurses and the receptionist multiple times on an update or how long it would take for my results the receptionist says “ i wont be able to tell you that since their is other people waiting as well so yeah” which i understood but when the Dr finally called me in he tells me they told him i left a long time ago when i was in the waiting room the whole time. I should have listened to other when they said this hospital has horrible staffing i wont be returning here again!

My husband was transferred her from MLK hospital. The whole atmosphere and professionalism of the staff her compare to MLK is far pitch. The staff are wonderful, helpful and humble. They made my husband feel very comfortable, the first hospital he didnt complain about anyone. The OR nurse was wonderful, you just know when someone loves what they do. Amazing treatment. I had critically low potassium. I live in Bakersfield I left my hotel in Montebello at 2 am to get treated. It took 10 minutes to check in, and 40 minutes to be hooked up to a full iv of potassium. My labs took a bit longer. But my Doctor treated me before because he knew my condition. This is perfect treatment. My nurses were amazing. They were kind, funny, down to earth and did I say amazing? I work in the medical field and these providers were amazing and efficient. I’m thankful they didn’t just admit me, they made me sit it out for a few hours so I could go home and be comfortable. Thank you!!!!

With the exception of on - call dr.. The emergency staff and the third and fourth floors we're very accepting and understanding including the social workers case managers nurses. The nutrition was fair, the Lack of communication is quiet obvious between Patients and kitchen. Not once did i receive what nutritionist and myself had discussed.

My nurse Jasper went beyond his scope of care to make sure my mom was comfortable while she was having multiple issues with her health. He always smiled, and addressed his patients with respect. He also addressed the needs of his patient’s family. Brought to ER by paramedics last night. I was put in a wheelchair in a hallway with several others waiting as I was. Several hours later no one attended to me so I left. The lack of professionalism by most of the staff I observed was appalling. My vital signs were taken once by the triage nurse and that was the only attention I received. Can't wait for the bill to arrive which I plan to dispute and report to my insurance for fraud! Alot of inappropriate socializing observed between staff . I asked for a pillow or blanket but was denied by the staff I asked. He said he felt it was warm and just walked on. Over heard many conversations which should have been confidential and private. Hope I never have to go there again!

This hospital almost killed my father in 2018, after incompentent doctors misdiagnosed him about 5 different times. My 3 year old daughter was unfortunately transferred here after a 911 call from the urgent care due to respiratory failure and being diagnosed with pnuemonia. As soon as we arrived, I knew it was going to be a horrible visit. Beds of trembling yelling patients were left in the hallways, as well as a poor woman that was left in the corner for hours until they realized she had no pulse and they were trying to figure out how to cover up there mistakes while my mother and child we’re on the other side of a current hearing the horrific conversations of “amazing doctors and an educated staff” When my daughters oxygen levels began to flucatate, the doctor came in to say she’d be transferred out because he had more “serious matters” to attend to. I did not know a 3 year old with pnuemonia and abnormal breathing was nothing of importance? On top of it all, we must of been there during shift change, the nurse Jackie that was assigned to my daughter spoke to me as if she was on some sort of high horse. She did not educate herself prior to seeing my child, nor did she understand how to communicate or do her job till I spoke out to her in the hallway. Do not take your family, especially little ones to this horrid place. Brought my 86 year old Dad to Emergency. He was very disoriented. He was treated very fast & good. They paid attention to him. The staff was very professional with my dad & my family. ICU, very good services. RN Beth, awesome. I slept in the room with my dad. No problems. Emerson Nurse Station, are the best. So helpful. The RN’s, CRN’s & staff-thank you for taking care of my Dad & helping my family. You are allowed to sleep over night. Security Guards are very nice. The hospital was clean. I did see other people with love one’s at the hospital not so nice with the staff. People if your family members are here, have patience’s, be nice & be thankful. Shelia-case manager & Jennifer-social worker, we’re not very helpful and at times very unprofessional! But, I won’t let these two persons bring down the services my Dad received at the hospital. Thank you.

This hospital is old and outdated. I like my Dr. He was great. But the nurses were rude and were not very helpful of informative. They were even unfriendly to my family when they came to visit me and my newborn baby girl. My family members said they felt like they were visiting someone in a prison. I also brought a cute outfit for her newborn pictures and they don't do newborn pictures here anymore. Not a great first baby delivery experience.

I was enfuriated when an emergency room charge nurse did not want to help make phone calls to pending surgery doctor and pretty much insulted me for insisting. My father went to emergency from Dialysis center due to hypotension during dialysis. He's been going through 2 months of heart treatment, surgeries, and rehab which are about to culminate in final experimental heart surgery. I have great respect for all nurses, doctors, and medical personnel, and understand protocols. I explained his conditions and asked if she or the ER doctor could call the contact I had already called at which point she asked "Are you a medical professional?" Then she made the comment "If you want I can call the president for you." No I am not a medical professional but have been learning about everything my father is going through and felt she was telling me her word was more valuable than my request. Her second comment made me feel she thought I was being ridiculous or stupid to insist anything further. I expressed to her my displeasure at which point she then obliged and made the phone calls. Her information was ultimately in line with the other medical personnel but I think the comments were out of place at this time and hope that she understands the reason we ask and insist is precisely because we are not medical professionals. FYI even medical professionals can and have made mistakes.

My Mom has been treated here at Beverly Hospital twice and I am satisfied with the experience (so far). I can't rate all staff in the facility, but so far the nursing staff/physicians that I've come across have been caring, courteous, & professional towards my Mom & I. Yes, ER is a long wait, but I noticed last night that the nursing staff are working hard to accomodate & help everyone. 4/5 stars for sure.

No stars if I can. I go in hoping I'd been seen, I was badly vomiting and flue like symptoms, really pale and weak as well. To top it off I had diereah. The nurses had taken their time to check up on me. Which would be an 1hour or 2. Second they discharge me from my room into a waiting room filled with annoying people. At that time I wasn't getting any help. It was my third time going to a emergency room. Which greater El Monte was where I had went a couple of times. Then Beverly. No Beverly was so disappointing. Beverly even tried to get me to stay the night. I said no because they weren't really paying attention to my medical needs. I felt more people were seen more then myself. Which sucked becaus I'm badly sick, then I hear great news about this hospital. For my experience, it did not go good at all today. The doctors and nurses really need to pay attention to the clients more often. Instead of chit chatting and flirting with nurses. I can say this place is the same as greater. If you want to go to a good hospital. Good luck. Not much are around anymore.

I was having a servere asthma attack on Friday night September 6th and rushed straight to the ER. In less than five minutes the RN was taking my vitals. Took me in quickly and was giving a Prednisone injection and albuterol treatment in less than 15 Minutes. Got me breathing back to normal. Thank you to all the staff who madenme fell better in no time.

Had a bad experience. Just visited emergency department for tooth pain on a Sunday and I had to wait for an hour. Staff looks to be unprofessional and nobody knows what’s going on as patients are made to wait longer. Also my details were not entered correctly at the counter and I had to visit pharmacy multiple times late night on a Sunday. Will not recommend this and will not visit again.

WORSE HOSPITAL EVER! I had a horrible Food Allergy, swollen throat, vomiting, hives. I couldnt breathe anymore. i literally thew up all over the emergencies room and they still didn't attend me. I beeged for them to attend me since my throat was was swollen and was last to my breathe and all they said was to go sit down!!!

The ER staff is incredibly rude and even with malicious intent sometimes it seeems. Ive been there for Asthma more than a few times and have been denied service for becoming upset with an ER employee by the name of Angela Hernandez (Philippine) I was attacked by the whole ER staff and refused help while not being able to breath. ER Supervisor was of no help and everything should be on CCTV. If you can get past ER and admitted into a room the nurses are more pleasant. Let me remind you this is where a healthy baby all of a sudden died and they sent it to be cremated with out the knowledge of parents. Just told the baby didn't make it and its gone cremated. Also where they kicked out an elderly lady who needed medical attention and sent her away in cab to skid row. The last time I was admitted like I said the nurses are helpful, polite, and accomadating. The Doctors are great when they come to your room to check you. I left my car in the ER for a few hours then I had a family member move it to the parking lot. A few days later I went to my car and I was missing 20 out of 40 dollars and my Samsung Galaxy J7 cell phone. Attempted to contact security and ER managers, customer service via phone and email with no return call backs from anyone.

Superior care. My mom wss admitted for a stroke and the level of attention, care and empathy here is simply superb.I also learned it was a stroke treatment designated hospital. Every single nurse, physical therapist and doctor was amazing. Looks also as the hospital has gone and is still going through major remodeling and update. I'm impressed and beyond grateful for every single employee there. You all made a difference. Thank you from my heart and I'm proud of having a hospital like this in my city.

DO NO Come to this Hospital!!! There are Large Cockroaches with wings everywhere, roof leaking water, ready to collapse. Nurses are VERY rude. They always say " I have 5 patients, and I am too busy for you." There is NO such thing as a Private bathroom here, bring all your shower toiletries and wait in a LONG queue to get into the PUBLIC Shower. The shower is full of hair and lint, in addition , the floor that patient steps on is sticky covered in black mold. I am shocked such a dirty hospital even exist in USA. The Health Department should come and shut it down.

I wouldnt even highlight one star but i had 2 so i can write this review, Beverly hospital is a very sad place to have a baby , unprepared, unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unorganized hospital that pretty much should have already Ben closed. My daughter was born on the 22nd of October 2018, today is the 25th of October and I am in so much hurt and pain to say that they hurt my daughter and basically left her to suffer not explaining why her left arm is so bruised, and why my daughters breathing is so bad. As of now she's in bad shape, is in incu, fighting for her life and leaving us clueless on what they did to hurt my daughter and leaving queen of the valley clueless on how they can go about to save my little princess, because of the fact that the paper work isn't available for us in records to see what was done in the delivery room. That has my girl fighting for her life. I am putting all the puzzles together and trying to get to the bottom of this so I can have piece ! of mind. I have Been up for 5 day now with very little answers .they lie and try to cover up mistakes they make by blaming eachother, and pointing fingers at one another. Dr perdum was supposed to deliver my daughter not some random student. Now my daughter is away from us, and is very sick, think twice about having your baby born at Beverly hospital.

We came i at one left around 520pm. My son have been having fevers they did a urine test, xrays and nose swab they also wanted to take out blood why that has nothing to do with his fever. This is the first hospital that ask for a blood sample. Waisted 4 hours off my life to say hes fine. He has a fever of 103 how is he fine

Me and my wife were sent here by our Pediatrition, We first waited 4 hours to be accepted, then for the first 4 hours all that was accomplished was changing his formula which had already been done in the Pediatrition’s office. About 5 hours in, the nurse comes in and says “we’re taking him to another room for his iv”. She then said “it’s best for parents not to go because we are going to hurt him”. This is not a joke, she told me and my wife they would have to hurt our son. I forced them to allow my wife in with them. During the time they were putting the iv in, his arm gushed blood, a nurse actually said aloud “oh my gosh it’s gushing” as the other nurse grabbed regular papertowels to clean the blood running down my 7 1/2 month old sons arm. After this, I had to walk out to the main enterance where I was met by a terribly rude security guard who argued that he wouldn’t give me another wrist band before I walked out the door then proceeded to ask me where I was going, as if I must inform him where I am going out to. Then I couldn’t use the main enterance, had to walk around to the emergency where I found an open door with no security which led me into a random part of the hospital. Then I waited 5-10 minutes pressing the call button to be let into pediatrics unit. No one ever opened the door luckily my child was in room 103 and my wife seen me waiting at the door after almost 10 minutes! To top it all off, the nurses are rude, the iv had to be retapped about 4 times before it actually stuck to my sons arm, this is the absolute worst hospital I have ever been too. The staff is careless, slow, unprofessional, they told us they were going to hurt our son, what kind of hospital do these people run here? It is absolutely a disgrace to the medical field and too our community. Oh yeah and to top it all off, I asked for a complaint form and the charge nurse looked at me like I was speaking gibberish and said “I’ll ask the other floors if they have anything like that.” . So am I not able to file a complaint for my son being mistreated? This is horrible. I hope someone contacts me so I can give them a piece of my mind because this is UNACCEPTABLE.
