Very caring and professional staff. It's the best place to be if you have any cardio problems. We went to emergency room with shortness of breath and chest pain and in a short time we knew exactly what the problem was and had a plan to address the problem in a matter of a few hours. Staff took great care of patient and family.. Great Hospital!!

Pretty bad experience here last week. Nurses were inattentive, CNA came in complaining about other patients, couldn’t get nurse to come in to reassess nausea/lightheadedness and had to request nausea med 3 times over an hour and a half. No one had a badge on so I didn’t know what their job role was and only the doctor introduced himself. Nurses were also rude to the patient and family next door. And I am a healthcare professional myself. The doctor got the star but he also didn’t find my problem, but Mayo Clinic did this week....it was what I proposed to the Heart ER doctor what I thought the problem could be. Not......impressed.......

This is one of the best places to be when you need a great heart doctor (Dr David C. Bauman) and a great heart surgeon (Dr. C.D. Williams...These 2 were my mothers doctors and they took very good care of her and our family while we were there with her...

Everyone I had contact with during my 4 day stay at AHH were very professional in their duties. Always explained what was going on and the medicine I was given after my 3x bypass. Had to go back because fluid was building up in my heart cavity. Was there 3days to drain the fluid. Had the same positive experience. Thanks to the fine staff they have.

Came into ER with chest pains and hurting. 8 hours later we had seen a nurse 2 or 3 times which was very inadequately prepared to help. Time to get up and check ourselves out of this place. Sad they will just sit at their computer while I lay here and hurt.

Arkansas Heart Hospital is fantastic! They have treated my father, my mother, and myself with fabulous results. I’m so thankful that Arkansas has a hospital of this caliber. Dr. Cawich and Donna Davis are absolutely amazing and I’m so grateful for the excellent care they provide.

5 stars for heart surgery. But I'm giving 2 stars because there's no diet soda in the whole place. We spent all day waiting for a loved one in surgery and had no soda to drink. They purposefully only carry sugary drinks in the cafeteria, the vending machines, and the gift shop. Because apparently, getting diabetes is better than aspartame.

My mother was admitted here for over a month. There were good nurses and not so good ones, but even those who were not so nice still did what they were supposed to do. The doctors and nurses communicate well. I would recommend to anyone!

I love Dr. Henry. He does a great job but their collection company are the most annoying people I ever met and it has only been since the Arkansas Heart Hospital bought Little Rock Cardiology Clinic. I have been a patient with this clinic for 30 years. I have always paid my bill as quickly as possible with no complaints from the clinic, however now that AHH owns the clinic I am plagued by automated calls that do not identify who they are other than "patient accounts" and ask you to call them back. When you call back it still does not identify who they are but wants you to leave a message along with your account number. Well how the heck am I suppose to know what account number to give them when they don't even tell me who they are and they have an account number from every visit you make. Its enough to make me want to change doctors just to get away from this insanity. Not to mention they took 5 months to send me a bill then want me to pay it immediately in full.

I had a mild heart attack Sunday October 13. Arkansas Heart Hospital has the BEST staff from the Dr’s all to the sweet ladies that clean your room! I highly recommend this hospital!

I can’t vouch for the quality of AHH’s health care, since I’ve never been a patient here, but I can for the cafeteria’s incredibly delicious ramen bowl. Although CBS News profiled it recently, this is one of those gems that only locals would know about. As strange and odd as it is for a hospital’s cafeteria to be a lunch destination, it deserves that status because of the authentic and scrumptious Japanese ramen bowl that costs a mere $5. If you decide to go, keep in mind that they only serve this dish MWF from 11a-2p.

Absolute best experience possible. The staff were awesome!!! They were very attentive and did everything they could to keep me comfortable and kept my room exceptionally clean. I hope you never need them but if you do, I HIGHLY recommend the Arkansas Heart Hospital.

We have been to AHH several times since it opened. We have alway been treated by loving caring people, every need has been met above and beyond our expectations. We have see several doctors over the years and every one of them and their nurses are top of the line. If you ask me, Arkansas Heart Hospital is the ONLY hospital.

Went to heart hospital for chest pains. As soon as I entered the ER I was greater by a team who immediately started to gather information and got me hooked up to monitors to rule out heart attack. I felt as though I was in good hands . Although it was a false alarm, they work very dillingant to rule out any avenues that would have led to any heart issues. Thank you so much AHH team for your prompt and very detailed care.

Stay at hospital was ok, but follow up very poor. Felt like following through cracks. No compassion for PRE existing cancer patient. Was told to exercise, but need surgery to do so. Not happy to say the least. Dr. Ordering test without seeing patient. Very bad exexperience.

Our first 2 trips to AHH, I gave them a 5 star rating; however they have lost their mojo. The ER restroom had no hot water (uck!), we had to wait 7 hours to get a room, the nurses were not very nice & there was no vending machines for after-hours! Next time, we're going to see Dr. Tena Murphy at St. Vincent's - she is great!
