Got there at 11:30 at night with a 13 month old who was throwing up pretty consistently and possibly dehydrated. They wouldn't let both parents in the back initially for vitals, but they let other extended family members in the back in addition to parents for older children. After vitals were taken, we waited over an hour to be taken in the back (with our 13 month old vomiting in the lobby while waiting). During this hour I got to witness a front desk staff being rude to elderly patients who couldn't hear her. After being taken back it was almost another hour before the doctor saw us and said he was going to do a flu test. Then another hour before they came back and did the test. And then, you guessed it, an hour for them to give our kiddo anti-nausea meds and say they were waiting for the test results. We got the test results at almost 3AM (please note that this test is ready within 20 minutes). They gave our baby a popsicle, made us wait until 330, and I had to ask what was wrong with my baby since all he said was it's not the flu. The doctor then told us "we can't say what's wrong with him, but come back if he continues to show symptoms". Never again. We will do the drive to anywhere else next time despite this place being 5 minutes away. The one star is for our nurse, Audree (or Aubree, we were exhausted by the time we left) who was amazing and helpful. The only redeeming thing about Northwest is the women's center. If you're not about to give birth, another hospital may be a better choice for you.
