I have had to have some lab work and tests done recently. Every time, the staff is friendly. I usually don't have to wait too long even when I'm just a walk-in patient. They have always explained exactly what they are doing so you know what's going to happen next and what to expect.

I went to the Emergency Room at Mt. Graham Regional on 3/19/13. I was immediately seen, and the staff were our incredibly attentive, During the course of my four hour stay, 2 doctors and 1 physician's assistant monitored my progress. Other staff were continually trying to assure my comfort. All staff members were openly communicative about progress and procedures. Equipment and facilities are state-of-the-art. The only shortcoming of this facility is limited availability of specialists which is hardly their fault, given the size of the community. If you are in Eastern Arizona and in need of help,use these folks.

My wife had surgery on her foot and the entire staff was top-notch. I would definitely recommend Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center. Anyone that would want to go out of town for medical care that is provided locally is setting themselves up for a downgrade in health care. Keep up the good work!

July 2015 being new to the area, my 3 year old fell into some cactus, and had a lot embedded into his little legs, The ER staff was amazing and took care of us right away. This Year June 2016 moving my parents from Ca, my father had to use their services, and they took great care of him and in a very timely matter. I was really impressed. Keep up the good work.

They Mt. Graham Medical Center, charged $3,500 for a simple 25 min MRI to my left ankle!! I called a few MRI places in the Phoenix area just to compare prices. The PHX area MRI would have been $300!!! Mt Graham Medical Center is ripping the people of Graham County off! I will travel to the Phx next time for sure!!

Was visiting a family member. Staff were very friendly. Very clean. Ate at the deli. Amazing food. I ate the Gila monster sandwich. Roast beef, ham, salami, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, provolone, banana peppers with balsamic vinegar. Delicious. The salads were good also. Great deal for soup and salad. The prices were very reasonable.

They make there employee's work when there sick, if your epileptic they might tell you your just crazy even after you have a seizure in front of them, and if your a female and on your period that's the reason your in there there is no way for there to be anything else wrong with you id suggest going anywhere else

This place is frightening! They are afraid to USE their supplies. If I had listened to them I would have lost my leg. This us the second time the ER has failed. The first time they didn't cast or properly splint a broken arm. Epic failure!

I've always had something bad to say about this hospital, until now. My grandma just visited the ER tonight because of bad pain and swelling she's been having. She HATES hospitals and doctors so I was dreading this trip BUT it was the best we've ever been treated! Everyone was great! And I can't believe I'm saying this about our hospital, but I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with how all the staff, especial the doctor, named Marvin I believe, treated not just my family member, but all of us that were with her. The gentleman who checked her in was super nice and kind...her nurses Vanessa, Isaac, and another gentlemen I didn't catch his name but I couldn't have asked for better help from all of them. The insurance guy was super sweet, but he always has been. Even the lady who discharged her brought her some food to take home and answered any last minute questions kindly and patently...if anything has improved in this place, it is definitely the staff because every single one of them were wonderful. Huge thanks to Marvin, the doctor who helped us, for listening to what we had to say, for explaining things clearly, and most of all for actually acting like you cared about my family member. We couldn't have asked for better treatment from you. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Girlfriend had knee surgery she was in and out. However She was in operating recovery room. I do have a full service dog. The nurse there tried informing me if she was going to be in there much longer my service dog and I would have to go to waiting room because of having a service dog after they had been trying to rush us out after being there approximately 3 minutes. According to ADA and AZDA we have the right to be there with no problems as long as the full service animal is not causing any issues(under control, not making a scene, clean, etc) I had contacted Pacific ADA to just verify I was in the right and I was. I then called Admin and was transferred to compliance he however was trying to protect the nurses statement until I informed him of me calling ADA prior and verifying and the gentleman said he would get everyone on same page. State and local have to have same protection or higher than federal ADA. So if you have a full service animal DO NOT allow them to push you around stand your grounds but make sure you have all facts correct.

Took my son there where he was properly diagnosed with appendicitis. Whereby he was sent to phx children's hospital in a timely manner where he had an appendectomy. The staff was friendly and got things done.

Had our son here. Becca and the other staff members are absolutely the best. She knew what I needed before I did and ended up delivering him when things progressed quicker then anyone thought. She stayed with us and handled the situation with grace. The after care staff and resources were amazing. I reccomend this hospital to any mothers-to-be.

No wonder this hospital gets sued so much for malpractice, Nurse mary(Better name nurse ratchette) and another male bald nurse were total jerks to my mom, Went to the er because she couldn't walk because of her left leg. they were just less than professional. So was the the man that took the ex rays, We told the doctor her knee and foot needed looking at. he only x rayed the knee, we asked about her foot he relied no like we were bothering him. and said but I'll ask the dr. By all means go to Tucson if at all possible.
