I can't thank Maria Nasta NP enough for her attentive and thorough care! My overall experience with Mayo Clinic/Hospital hasn't been that great, but my experience with Maria has been exceptional! When other Mayo doctors dismissed my severe symptoms and/or failed to conduct adequate diagnostic testing, Maria stepped in to make sure that I receive the treatment I deserve (and need!). Thanks Maria for providing a compassionate patient experience!

I have put in request to have an MRI. No one communicates to when the order is done. I then called and requested for a prescription for an outside MRI done. I was told I would receive a phone call to when it is done and ready for pickup. Again, no one called 3 days after the initial phone call. I had to call again and ask if it was ready. Better communication skills with patients is appreciated!

We are existing Mayo patients and the new appointment system is terrible. We have been waiting to schedule annual physical since September. It has been three months, and I still dont have a confirmed appointment. This is NOT the service level expectation that people expect from Mayo. So Disappointed.

Dr Galbreath is great. He spends the time needed and I have every confidence in him on most medical issues that can arise. I do wish that Mayo would encourage all of their doctors do to continuing education on modern therapies such as Ketogenic and Low Carb diets as well as Hormone replacement therapies for men and women. It's always a bit off putting to have to go to multiple doctors because your current one at Mayo doesn't understand protocols for TRT. Bottom line it would be great to get all of your care in one spot.
