Worst experience for me ever, my Mother went to LCC after an operation I told them there was a major problem. LCC said she did not need skilled care she died 3 weeks later after discharge from LCC.

Worked there all of 2 weeks and quit after all the abuse and neglect I witnessed. Come to discover today, after quitting over 5 months ago, they still had me actively employed! Then when I told them I moved out of state during the time frame of between me quitting and when I discovered the error and they had to correct the dates, they told me I was rude for calling them out on their mistake! Unprofessional.

The experience at the Lawrenceville GA location was fair. While the staff was caring and generally positive they did not take care of her physically as she developed bed sores and pressure blisters. Additionally, family members without my consent paid for 3 months in advance. DON’T ever do that because you will wait months to get you money back even after the insurance company had paid them. And since the facility has my money there is no sense of urgency to reimburse me. I have left probably 10 messages for someone to call and had yet to receive a call back to discuss the situation
