Best ER i went to so far. They are professionals, and nice. I didn’t wait in the lobby, i walked in and they took me to the back right away. The place was really clean not like the ER’s that i went to before.

Went in at 1am with my 3 year old. Nurses were very attentive great with kids, the dr was also great with him. Got us in and out.

This place is dirty . Staff are rude. I was admired for stomach pain they ended up saying that it was nothing. I still gave this horrible pain. The nurse who dismissed me didn't wear gloves or neither did she wash her hands to take my iv. Out I can be at risks to many diseases or infection do to this nurse negligence.

I just called & spoke with one of the Phlebotomy technicians about shadowing with one of them for a few days or so as I’m currently in school for Medical Assisting & Phlebotomy and wanted to see what a real life day as a Phlebotomy technician is like. I have experience working in an ER just not in that department. The woman I spoke to was very dismissive and after telling me ‘we don’t have any programs like that, sorry’ simply hung up in my face! If these are the types of technicians they employ at this hospital, I will gladly search for employment at another facility after graduation because they obviously do not take the time to conduct proper research into who they hire on. I shudder to think how she handles her patients if that’s her attitude towards a simple request such as mine. Shame on HonorHealth for having - quite frankly - an atrociously mannered, underqualified, repulsive woman working for them. I hope she finds the help she so desperately needs.

One of the best ER's I have been to. Doctor & Nurse that attended to me were 1st rate. The nurse was knowledgeable and gentle. Could not have asked for better. Highly recommend this facility. In & out quickly.

Sat in the waiting room for 3 1/2 hours until I finally just decide to go home because if I’m going to die I’d rather do it at home than in the waiting room. I have stabbing head pain, starting throwing up, started crying because it hurt so bad, and to make things worse this man next to me THAT GOT HERE AFTER ME was talking and talking and talking and the sound literally stung, it hurt so bad. I can’t get one word out I’m in so much pain. If you can talk and talk you probably shouldn’t be at the ER. They took him back before me. Hopefully I don’t die at home because chances are I have a tumor considering I’ve been bed ridden for 2 weeks with this migraine and nausea. Every other time I’ve been to this hospital I really liked it but don’t think I’ll be back considering they have a death wish out for me.

Seriously the best ER I've ever been to! I have always been in and out in less than 2 hours! I actually removed my Daughter from another hospital last night due to poor service and brought her here! I've been here a few times for my kids, myself and, Husband. Always treated with respect and promptly! Staff always does an amazing job! There was a drunk guy there last night causing problems, everyone handled it great! Thanks to all the Dr.'s and Nurses that had to work last night!
