An MA just rushed to put an IV in my wife's arm and had no success, so she threw the needle (blood everywhere) on the side table, ran out of the room, and was seen walking by with her backpack and left.

This is one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever been. My husband had a quadruple bypass surgery and they discharged 3 days later with no pain meds. He’s in so much pain I can’t stop crying with him!

Don't waste your loved ones time. I sat with my daughter in the lobby for over two hours only to be told there were 11 cases before my daughters chest pains. The facility is nasty, the staff is uncaring. We left and went to Dignity health, where they are true to their motto "human kindness". If you care about your family please seek other professional help.

My wife went in on Friday morning with chest pain, vomiting, shaking and they got her in right away with an EKG test. She was admitted that night for fluids. She was released Saturday afternoon with no findings. She got sick again with the chest pain and vomiting on Sunday morning (12/10/18) we went back and they got her vitals-weight, BP, and had her go sit back in the waiting room. TWENTY minutes go by and NO ONE has come out to get her for an EKG or to check on her chest pain. I go to the counter and ask if she can get an EKG done to check her chest pain. The lady says go ask the nurse. And I said well he's just sitting on his phone is there another one I can ask? And she said oh well just go knock on the door. So I did and he was sitting there playing on his phone and I say hi is there any way we can get her started on the EKG or something? And he goes "well she has to see a doctor" I said for an EKG? No she doesn't. And he said "well than she has to wait." I turn around and said okay let's go were leaving. The nurse said oh okay bye and slammed the door. I didnt realise playing on your phone is more important that doing YOUR job. I wish I could get paid to sit and play on my phone in my place of work. A completely PATHETIC, WORTHLESS nurse he was. I WILL be going back and reporting it. This place doesn't NEED your money! Go to a different ER!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

The nurse practitioner Monica is extremely rude while i tried asking questions to understand the test but kept getting told that everything is fine and that its not an emergency and to see my doctor. Given potassium, abutoral and flonase? I am struggling to breathe. I came to the hospital because its scaring me that i cant catch my breath and take small breaths for oxygen. I have insurance, i paid my 200 deductible as soon as asked. You think i want to spend 200 instead of a regular doctor visit fee? Im struggling to breath but was brushed off when i asked questions. Just horrible. Never again will i come here. Never. Ill go to St.Joes.

If you have respiratory problems don’t come to this ER they didn’t even bother to give me proper screening.

Absolutely horrible they are extremely rude super dismissive and do not care they also seem to think that they know your symptoms better then you I will never return I literally sat in there fast track room for over an hr before anyone came into to see me then they came and didn’t do anything and disappeared for yet another hour or more

Due to a stroke of bad luck my mom had to be sent here via ambulance. but the staff was absolutely incredible, caring, friendly and helpful. Everything seemed to go about as well as you'd expect for an Emergency Room and we actually got to go home earlier than I was expecting so for that I was grateful. There were plenty of seating options, restrooms and a few vending machines in the ER waiting room. No offense to them but hopefully I'll never be back!

I took my 1 year old and waited 3.5 hours and still wasn't seen. The staff called 7 people that arrived after we did. I ended up leaving. RIDICULOUS!

This hospital seems under staffed and always is ridiculous with wait times. I understand people will come in with some higher needs but waiting 3+ hours in the waiting room is unacceptable. The first time I came here I waited 5+ hours before getting seen. No sense of urgency with emergency situations.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. I should have read the reviews prior to coming and I should’ve gone ANYWHERE else. It’s going to be almost 5 hours and I have yet to be admitted. To top it off, there is still 3 people in front of me! If they’d go by the severity of the condition, then I would’ve been admitted a long time ago! This shouldn’t even be a hospital! It is ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
