I don't care if I'm dying and I am right in front of thier hospital, I want to be taken somewhere else!!!

This place is a joke. There are 8 people in the waiting area. 3 are in severe pain and crying. No one has been seen or checked on in the 3 hours I've been waiting. Terrible terrible service. They should be sued!!!

The RN's in the ER know how to ROCK when it comes to patient care, most of the MD's and PA's do as well but unfortunately they have 2 "BAD APPLES" practicing there that need to think about a career change or they need to go hands off and shadow the RN's for a few weeks for a refresher course in "bedside manner", "compassion", and "sympathy/empathy". If it wasn't for those 2 "BAD APPLES" this place would be 5 STARS. Just to note that my issues with the "BAD APPLES" was taken all the way to the Chief Medical Officer for this facility he and I talked over the phone for an hour when we hung up I felt satisfied and that my concerns were taken seriously and that they didn't just go in one ear and out the other or that I was being fed the company line or lip service.

I don't think this place got fair reviews. The nurses and PAs were friendly and professional and they were able to take care of my son as quickly as they could.

It is pretty bad when you have an emergency situation, and rather than go into the Emergency Room on a saturday your told by your father that he would rather wait until monday to go see the doctor. We went to the emergency room for a red blood cell transfusion, since the patient has leukemia and his red cells dropped. We were there for 9 hours. Let that sink in. I do not know if it is because they are running up the tab or what but we were there for 9 hours and not one time did they offer to feed the patient. We will do anything to remain out of this place. Days before another cancer patient was treated very very poorly by the doctor who immediately went from our room to the patients next door and she treated that patient very poorly. I was amazed at the amount of unprofessionalism by this physician. The nurse from then on dealt with us and even apologized for the doctor s behavior. Also what is the story with the parking every time we go there the parking is closed off. No not the physician parking which is always empty but the emergency area parking. At the very least you should have the handicap parking open so that they do not have to walk a mile to get to the ER.....

I've been 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Each subsequent time, a medical condition I have had continued to get worse. This most recent time, they told me a complication had developed which could easily turn life threatening extremely quickly, but they were still unwilling to admit me because it wasn't quite life threatening yet. The radiologist told me I had inflammation in an organ that I had completely removed 6 years ago. If you're looking for a place where doctors will drug you up and send you on your way, they'll be happy to do that for you. If you're looking for someone that can and will actually treat serious medical issues, find a different hospital.
