Great locally owned salon! We were just visiting town a few days but I wanted to get my kids (3, 5, and 6) and my hair cuts so looked online and found Rootz website. I prefer the local owned to the chair stores. They got all four of us in the same morning I called. Teresa did a great job! First kid was at 10:30 and we were out by noon with new stylish cuts. Very knowledgable and nice staff! If I am in Casper again, I would go see the stylists at Rootz!

First: go to Rootz and ask for Corey. Your hair will thank you forever. I moved to Casper and didn’t have any idea where to look for a new hair salon. Then I had a wedding to go to and I hadn’t had my hair done in over two months (I got frustrated trying to schedule with other places because they never called back or always sounded put off by taking on a new client). Then I found Rootz online through Google. I called, and Corey was willing to squeeze me into his schedule (cause he’s amazing!) and transformed me. I mean it, it was a Cinderella going to the ball level feeling. I love my hair, even more than how my former stylist did it for 5+ years! I felt at home at Rootz: like I’d been going for forever. The staff is so friendly and it’s priced more than fair. Go! They will not disappoint you!

I am like a lot of Casper residents when it comes to salon services - I really want the great atmosphere and the highly skilled professional services you can find in one location in larger cities, but I was resigned to what Casper has to offer. My experience has been that, while I might find a great stylist here, he or she would be employed in a dismal setting with marginal support staff or customer service. In other words, as far from a spa experience as you can get. Of course, inevitably the reasonably skilled stylist I found would depart for greener pastures (usually in Denver!). Or, I would just get fed up with the unprofessional setting (hello last minute cancellations, complete disregard for scheduling, and trying to make appointments via text messaging) and I would start hunting for a new stylist and a new salon. Well, I will never have to hunt again! Rootz Salon has everything I was wishing for but was sure didn't exist in Casper! A beautiful, relaxing salon setting with state of the art lighting and amenities, highly trained and skilled professionals who actually listen to what you want and provide useful feedback, professional attention to details like customer service, a well designed interactive website with appointment setting feature. In short, all of the things you love about a salon visit on vacation somewhere else - right here in Casper! Rachel cut my hair and I love it! I don't say that often, I am not easy to please and my hair is something I don't compromise on. Not only did I get a great haircut, I had the experience of talking to someone who not only listened to me but immediately understood what I wanted. I have never had a consult go so well in this town and I have lived here off and on since 1988! If you don't love to compromise when it comes to your look, and you are less than satisfied with your current stylist or salon experience, if you have given up on finding talent and a spa atmosphere together, then call Rootz Salon and make an appointmentt. You will be really glad you did!

Rootz is the best salon in Wyoming! Every single stylist is outstanding! Every one of their services offered is a 10 out of 10! I will never go anywhere else again. I recommend this place to every single person no matter what age or gender. They cut, style, and color my hair monthly. I also get my toes and nails done too! my 9 year old daughter also gets her haircut and loves it! I go to Taylor and I guarantee you will not have a bad experience. The salon is gorgeous and inviting as well.

David and the girls at Rootz are by far the best stylists I have ever had!! They are up-to-date on styles and trends in both cuts and color. Brittany is the BOMB, but they all do amazing work. Kyle, the esthetician, can shape a brow like no one I have have met. She is better than the treading I have had done at other places. And my massage was the best I have had in Casper. Everyone is professional and at the top of what they do. Definitely should be your go-to place for salon and spa services in Casper.

I've been to Rootz 3 or 4 times over the last couple of years and every time has been a positive experience. I usually see Bailey who does an amazing job but she was unavailable in the time period I needed so I decided to see Alexia today. She is amazing as well; so friendly and outgoing and she's got skills! I loved how thorough she was and she had me smiling and laughing. I love the stylists at Rootz and I'm positive you will too; they are educated and have the experience any woman wants in a good stylist. Go! You won't be disappointed!

Outstanding experience. I called 24 hours ahead and made an appointment with Taylor for a men's haircut. Haircut was better than most I've had in San Francisco, Taylor was entertaining and super professional. Most important of all, she was great at cutting hair. Cost was less than half what I thought it was going to be. I'll have my haircut here every time I come back to Wyoming! Highly recommended.
