I had an appointment at 1, they called me to ask if I could come in at 1:30 instead, that wasn’t a problem. I showed up and waited almost another 30 minutes before I even saw my stylist. It was a find style job just bad customer service.

I move a lot and finding a good hair salon can be a challenge. Most salons use different coloring systems and trying to explain what works can be daunting as a new customer. I have worked with Chrystol for over a year and from the beginning we have worked as a team trying to get it just right. She does a wonderful job and is by far the best shampooer/head massager I've ever had and I thoroughly enjoy my time in the chair.

Palatium is a beautiful salon and the entire staff is very nice. High end, pricy salon but they are very good! Often difficult to book the stylists you want, but it's because they are a busy shop. Great at color.

I always feel extremely clean and fresh when I step out of that salon. They are a bit more expensive, but they treat your hair better than a place like CostCutters would. My one piece of advice is not to dye your hair here unless you also intend to bleach it. They tend to take the safe route and the end result could end up looking very soft or turned down. Bright pink could become light, pastel pink, etc.
