Wow I am so impressed! These people completely know how to cut hair! This morning I went to a pricy salon in the mall and had my sons hair cut. To say it nicely it looked crazy so after reading supercuts great reviews we went here right after the first haircut from the pricy salon to see if Supercuts could fix it. They seriously made it 100 times better and I now love his haircut! The same haircut that I was almost in tears about before I got there! Thank you so much! My 12 year old son left and said mom I think that lady is a ninja she is SO GOOD . He also now loves his hair!!! Whew! So happy !

Winner winner of the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location before without issue. But today it was bad. Dropped the clippers without cleaning, Literally cut my neck twice, did not know what she was doing throughout and said it. Just a really uncomfortable experience throughout

This was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The man who cut my hair should have a much differnt job, due to the fact that there is a two in wide, oblong circle on the back of my head, in wich I have NO HAIR. He then did nearly the same thing on the right side of my head. All in all I was robbed of 15 dollars and that man is still cutting hair.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady who cut my hair, she did a great job. I have been going to more expensive salons in the past and have been disappointed or unphased by the haircuts I was getting. I decided to check this place out because of the good reviews and I'm glad I did. She did not cut too much or too little off and she gave my bangs some much needed texture. She went above and beyond my expectations, I will definitely be returning.

I am a repeat customer, it had always been a treat. By far the worst experience I have had for my go-to establishment. My hairdresser was nice, until they said they needed to double charge me due to the time it has taken to cut my hair due to the fact that most if their haircuts being finished in under 15 minutes. I had pretty long hair, asked for a fade, which I have one clipper straight buzzed no fade as requested. Showed clear pictures and she understood after a few consistent examples. No problem it happens... (She spoke of her owners curiosity of why a cut took as long as it did for grounds to double charge me) Problem came to that I had her trim my top lightly and then asked for more to be taken off. After I asked for more to be taken off she said she needed to double charge me, and her prior attitude flipped from a pleasant cut to making me feel like I was burdening her for cutting my hair due to an additional request when she asked if my length was okay. I asked her if I had kept her passed her shift for trying to see what seemed to make their patience run short and being very testy. Offering the rest of the services in a quick worded blur as in effort to rush our engagement in any way. From checking the time of stepping into the establishment and being rushed out of the chair, and payment was 40 minutes counter to exiting. During an empty shop when I came in and left. ( I was the only customer at all) I was greeted fair well by the other gal that was working and a forced have "a great day" from my hairdresser even as I made sure to tip regardless of my satisfaction. I had enjoyed each experience meeting the various people that worked there. All their own unique and fun personalities. My experience was terrible. I previously worked in the service industry through college, make sure to tip, be respectful, and polite. I get it. Sometimes things get annoying. I did not appreciate how I was rushed, nor the flip of experience. I did not enjoy feeling like a complete burden. I left less confident than I walked in with. Not a great feeling..

Tried this place based on the good reviews and it didn't disappoint, Vanessa did a great job cutting my hair and she was cheerful and fun to talk to throughout the process. I will be returning again when i am ready for another cut.

I was a first time client. Staff checked me in quickly. Explained how their process worked. Had a very short wait. My hair cut was quick and easy and looked great. Stylist could have been a little friendlier but, we all have bad days. Lots of parking and s little hard yo see from street. Overall a good ecperience.

April cut my brothers hair and did a WONDERFUL job considering it was his first haircut and he was scared and moving a lot..I would bring him back to April in a heartbeat to keep doing his hair. Very kid friendly even for a two year old

This was my first time trying this place, and I'll definitely be going back for a second time! Holly gave me a great haircut that I've been getting compliments on all week! I love that I finally feel good about my haircut, and it didn't cost $50! Just found out that Holly no longer works here. Would love to know if she's working elsewhere...

I took my son in to get a haircut, on a Wednesday afternoon, and he was taken care of in a timely manner. The hair stylist was very pleasant and was very patient with my son. And I was very pleased with the finish project. I will definitely be visiting this location in the near future.
