I have lived in the Stoughton area for over 25 years and was not aware that Shannon's has been on Main St. for almost 20 years. Personable and friendly barbers/stylists with years of experience. Elizabeth was exceptional. Highly recommended!!

My family had a miscommunication around scheduling with this salon when we were trying to get a hair cut for my 4 year old daughter. I had to reschedule, then Shannon had to reschedule again and we agreed solidly on a new appointment time. When my wife and daughter showed up for her appointment, Shannon was not there. As annoying as this was, we can understand a miscommunication. We'd seen other good reviews online and could have easily gotten over this bump in the road. What is bringing this 1-star review was that the staff there was incredibly rude to my wife and daughter, blamed them, and offered no apology for just possibly making a mistake. My daughter had been looking forward to this appointment for a week and half. She was disappointed, as was my wife, and the salon could only muster up a righteous attitude and blame us. These staff members were not involved in the conversation between Shannon and I so they had no idea what had been discussed. It is ok to make a mistake, Shannon's Hair Shop. Own it. Your customers will respect you more and we might have still given your business another shot. Instead we will find a business that treats people (especially potential customers) with respect and decency.

Great Place for a haircut! Liz does an excellent job every time and is very affordable. She also recently did our wedding, my wife got exactly what she wanted and liz was able to make the day that much more smooth for us.
