I took my 2 boys, ages 8 and 10, in for a haircut this week. Amazing service! The Stylists took their time and didn't rush us like the other places. Jill and Porsha did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend Supercuts! We no longer go anywhere else. Thank you!

The ladies at SuperCuts in Mequon this evening were fantastic. We called the location to see availability and the lady that answered the phone ( I cannot recall her name) was friendly and helpful. We headed over and had the pleasure of meeting Porcha. Porcha was not only super friendly but reassuring that she would be able to help me. She did a fantastic job with my hair and made it look nicer than it has in years. I walked out of there really really happy. I haven't had a ton of luck finding the right place to get my hair taken care of, until now. This will be my go to place when in town. The place is clean and bright. The staff is professional, friendly, funny and good at what they do here! Highly recommended! Porcha is awesome! *Porcha if you see this, thanks a bunch!

I was acknowledged with a friendly greeting promptly after entering the salon. Being there to get a wash they recommended the tea tree experience which i loved. It consisted of a shampoo and conditioning with a relaxing scalp massage. Stylist Santana did a great job and i definitely will be visiting again

I'm giving them 4 starts because they actually do a great job - if - you can get in. I won't be going back because after trying to get in for a month - (including mid week) they made an appointment for me - and then would not honor it. I drove there again for nothing. They did tell me I could sit there and wait a few hours - but they did not seem comfortable giving me a specific time to come back on the same day. My impression was that they are nice, talented ladies - but overwhelmed. They have the business - they should hire someone to handle clients and help these ladies out. Kinda chaotic there. Update: I had a very nice message from the owner - they will be hiring additional help. Have not had time to return call - but I was glad to hear the news.

This place knows near to nothing about time management. They seem to prioritize walk ins. First experience - called to make appointment asked for earliest available time they stated three hours from then. Got there and waited 40 minutes. Same thing would have happened on on second visit. At least they let me know they had two more cuts before mine so I could leave.

Came in a hurry to get a haircut before I had to leave for an out of town trip with my family. April helped me right away with great attention to detail on my cut and fade and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed once.

A haircut across the street at (insert either of the two hoity-toity competitor salons located a stone's throw away) will cost five times as much, and Supercuts' stylists are every bit as talented (if not more). And while I'm not specifically impressed with Supercuts as a franchise, I *AM* impressed with the quality of work performed at this particular location. Ask for Portia or Santana (if she's back) - both are candid, chipper, creative, and very talented when it comes to interpreting a customer's needs and ideas.
