My daughter-in-law doesn’t get many chances to pamper herself. She loves to come and get her hair done. It’s her only luxury. On Nov 29 she came to get her hair done. It was not a pleasant experience. Instead of being pampered, she was double booked and moved from chair to chair. Being under construction didn’t help either. When she finally spoke up. She was told “hope you have a better experience next time” Not acceptable! Her birthday is in January and I was going to get her gift card. But, now I’m not sure that’s wise. The staff at the front desk is very organized and friendly. My cut is beautiful and the Redken color is the perfect shade, and it lasts longer than most other brands have on my hair. The entire experience at Hair and Body Solutions is relaxing. Products are recommended for keeping your style or color looking great, but no hard sales pitch. They have monthly sales on products.

The staff was very friendly, but I had a poor nail service. I went and got my nails done, a standard shelacs manicure that should last 2 weeks. After 24 hours the Polish completely peeled off one of my nails. I went back 2 days later to get it fixed because I had a special occasion that I needed my nails done for and I had to PAY to have them fix the one nail... I thought it was very poor service that I needed to pay for something that was not my fault, especially when I had to drive back there to get it fixed and spend more of my time when it should have never happened in the first place. Once I got home I realized that they painted the new nail the worng color (more pale purple than pale pink). I called the store very upset about the entire situation and they were very apologetic and reimbursed me for the service.

He asked questions in order for him to focus on areas of concern. I would highly recommend Josh & will be coming here again. Thank you!

My stylist, Angie, was fantastic. I had pyramid shaped hair before that was so ugly and unflattering and I wanted to get layers to even it up and get better shape. Upon arriving (15 minutes early for my appointment,) she took me to a chair right away and asked what I wanted (layers, layers LAYERS!) and she actually listened to me. (unlike many other places I have gone to before) I love the look and feel of my hair now. THANKS ANGIE!

The ladies there were very friendly! The place is clean and welcoming, they even gave me a super sugary coffee drink. I was chatty and they were patient and kind. Pricing was reasonable and fairly normal. We got fancy with a nice gold to purple ombre. Would have been very happy if this is the only place I've ever gone too! Why two stars? I came in with gel on my fingers and toes from another place, warned them when making the appt, and planned in extra time. They struggled to remove it, which I understand, and I'm new to nails, but I've never been to a place that ever had trouble getting it all off. I was okay with painting over it as I only had 2 hours to do the job, and mentioned early the time limit, but I don't feel as though I was repeating it or rushing them. This resulted in ugly bubbling on the hands making them seem misshapen and have a rough texture, with shellac. I was already 15 minutes late when I paid and left and asked to make an appt to redo the hands the next day, I was willing to ignore the rough toes. They offered to do 1 nail on the house, but wouldn't offer any kind of discount to start over on the full hands. I was happy to pay half price or something, but they weren't willing to do that. If I'm going to pay full price to make it right anyway I'll give someplace else a try. I felt terrible pointing out the uneven the bubbles, the rough spots, but even with the communication I couldn't get much help. I've never had to have my nails redone before. I'm sure if you only go to this place they are equipped to serve you right, and I am still hoping to find my one and only salon, but it won't be this one. Disappointed, as nails are too expensive to last only a day. Mistakes happen but a $100 + tip mistake is too rich for my blood, and I don't under tip regardless of circumstance. This place has alot of promise I sincerely hope my experience is the only bad one anyone ever has here. I was looking forward to singing their praises after a second chance.
