Amanda Block is the best!!! My salon experience today left me feeling relaxed! It was my first time coming to this salon, I followed Amanda Block from a previous shop and it was a great experience, everyone was so happy and friendly and the shop was nice and clean. I received a cut, highlights and an eyebrow wax and am happy with all of my services. She did a great job! I feel beautiful!

Big shout out to Rochelle Ryan Bissel. I have been a client of here for over 20 years and even after a move 2 hours away after trying a few people other I started driving back the 2 hours. Rochell is very talented! She's one of the stylists I follow on Instagram to keep up with trends. Everyone is doing balayage now, but not everyone is very good at it. Rochell is one of those stylists who can do it perfectly, and I think that's a testament to her experience and expertise as a stylist.

I had my hair cut by Michelle. I gave her photos of ideas that I had and she hit it out of the park! It was exactly what I wanted and framed my face in the best way! Then I went to Gayle for an all over color. I wanted to go from dark brown to red, which is a very tricky task (what I was told from multiple stylists). She did a fantastic job! She also gave me great tips about how to keep the red from fading. I am a few weeks out and my hair cut and color is the best it has been in years. I actually have people compliment me and ask where I had it done! I am so grateful that the ladies at Hair Decisions were able to take the look I wanted and bring it to life! It was just what I needed!

Amanda Block did a wonderful job on my hair! I’ve followed her from everywhere. It was my first time to this salon and everyone there was welcoming and nice. I came in for a balayage & it turned out wonderful. The price is reasonable & she always does exactly what I asked for! She gave my hair such a subtle and refreshed look! If anyone wants color, I would definitely recommend her! AMAZING!!! Ask for Amanda next time you go!

I went to Hayley once and from now on I will continue going to her for all my future hair adventures. I went in to get my hair back to it's natural color, which is a caramel-ish blonde. I knew it was going to be hard to do since I have a long history with box dyes, and therefore a lot of damage to my ends. My dyed hair color at the time was almost black, and before that it had been a very bright red -- so I was insanely happy when my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. She put a lot of time and effort into the color correction process and it turned out awesome!

I came to this location for a shellac manicure. The website reads: "NOW Featuring Shellac Polish. The innovative nail polish is described as the "Hybrid Nail Color. On Like Polish. Wears Like Gel. Off In Minutes. Once applied it can last up to two weeks. $31.00". This is misleading as the price actually depends on which "level" associate you schedule with. Although when scheduling I stated I was a first time client, this was not explained to me. Additionally, I have very weak nails so I put tips on as needed when my nails break to make them all the same length. 500 piece sets on Amazon go for anywhere from $5-10 for the set - this salon charges $5 PER nail tip. Again, something that was not explained. The salon I frequent in Hales Corners thankfully carries no extra charge for an occasional nail tip if needed. The Shellac manicure and nail tips totaled twice as much in comparison. If the quality of the service was significantly more exceptional, I would not see these details as concerning. However, the quality of the materials as well as service were equally comparable. The location is clean and the staff were friendly, this just isn't a place I would frequent for nail services.

Took my granddaughter to have her hair styled for prom here. Amanda was her stylist. The first thing she said was i have a color appt. also . So she rushed us out. She was rude and now we have to fix it when we get home. And when we made the appt we asked how much and were told no more than $26 but when we checked out it was $55 so i have a $55 hair style that we have to fix. I will never go back. To post this i have give it a star but this place doesnt deserve any stars

First time client and very happy with the results! Gayle was recommended to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. My primary goal in coming in was to get a significant cut to donate to Children With Hair Loss. Beyond that, I really didn’t give her any direction other than telling her I didn’t want to spend a lot of time styling my hair and I wanted a fun color. She took 12 inches off, layered what’s left so it’s swingy and bouncy even if I don’t do anything to it, showed me how to easily style it if I want, and put in turquoise and blue highlights. So happy with the results! Also want to shout out to the front desk staff for being very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

I just moved back to this side of town and I used to go to the salon about 13 years ago. I went in a couple days ago to get highlights done. I spent almost 3 hours there only to come out looking like I used one cheap at home color on my hair. All all I needed was partial blonde highlights with my roots done. My whole head ended up darker and you can barely see the highlights I already had. It's like I took a box of brown and just put it through my hair myself. I have never had this happen. She was stuttering and stammering and looked absolutely panicked and she couldn't explain to me why my hair turned out that way. I have never had this happen before at any Salon. My hair takes color takes very easily. I know she messed up and she didn't want to say she did and they charged me $76 for a partial highlight because they wanted me to come back to get it fixed. I don't have time for this. She was also the slowest Stylist I've ever known. She even made a comment that they schedule more time for her. I am not taking 3 hours to go back and have them fix this by somebody who messed it up to begin with. Friendly stylist but I shouldn't have been charged and they should have fessed up that she messed up and offered to fix it immediately by another stylist. I don't want her touching my hair again and I will not be going back.

My regular stylist from my salon was on maternity leave and I wasn’t very happy with her subs work, so I reached out asking for referrals on FB. I made an appointment with Rochelle for a cut and color. All of the staff were super friendly, but Rochelle was amazing! I have just recently started coloring my hair and have no idea what works and what doesn’t. I was also growing out a not so good cut. I showed her a few pics of what I was working toward and discussed colors I preferred and let her work her magic. And magic is what she performed! The cut was amazing (almost 6 weeks out and I can still style it) and the color was perfect! I was previously going on every 4-5 weeks for a cut. I left the next day for a week long business trip and received so many compliments! Thank you again Rochelle!

Brittany completely re-styled my hair, and Gail just reshaped it! I tried to cheap out and go to another place, but that was completely not what I wanted. I had to grow it out in order to get it fixed. Won't make that mistake again! My hair is curly and has weird awkward patches, and they expertly styled it regardless!

I had a great experience to start. I told my hairdresser, Hayley, about how my curly hair curls different in different places and that my hair was thinning, so I wanted layers to help with volume (I only instructed layers). She cut it dry which I liked, but then for styling after a shampoo, she used a blow dryer and very little product, which caused my hair to frizz up like crazy. I looked so horrible. I would never let my hair get like that or go out in public like that. The WORST part of it all though, was when I suddenly heard snipping of scissors close to my scalp. She didn't tell me that she was going to do anything, then after she told me she used a hair thinner to have the smaller hairs help push up the other hairs. I just looked at her in shock and got upset and said "you used a hair thinner on my hair when I told you my hair was thinning?!" She replied, "Well it was only a little bit." I paid and got out of there asap. When I got home, my hair was a MESS. There were rats nests all over from the hair that was falling out from the hair thinner she used. I pulled out so much hair. I started crying. For someone with thin hair as it is, this was devastating. The image shows the pile of hair from just running my hands through it and getting the knots out. I called to speak with a manager, but the receptionist said she was out, but I will be calling to speak with her when she gets back. I debated leaving a review because I know it is not the salon's fault. However, this is not right. Edit/ Update: The manager called me to apologize and was very professional. She offered to fix my hair if I wanted and a gift card, which I thought was very generous. I appreciate the professionalism and conscientiousness of how this was handled. Thank you!

I went for the first time here for a highlight. Rochelle was my stylist and I loved her. She was friendly, listened to what I was looking for and for the first time ever in my life I think I walked out of a salon totally satisfied. She repaired a bad haircut and explained what needed to be trimmed or thinned out while I'm trying to grow my hair out. She also explained to me about different products for my hair type. Not being a real high maintenance person I really appreciated the help! The rest of the staff at the salon was very friendly and welcoming as well. It was a superior experience compared to other places I have gone. Will definitely be coming back here in the future and requesting my services with Rochelle. I had my hair done by Gayle. It frustrates me when I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 15 years the same way and they ignore me when I tell them what works best with my hair. It's my hair I work with it daily- I promise I know it better than you. I tried in 10 different nice ways to say it doesn't take color well and hold color long so I need it really light so it doesn't wear out soon. Instead I ended up with blond highlights that no one could tell were there. It's been 20 days now and it's worn to the point where's it's yellow. My stylist was also not very friendly along with not listening to me.
