Karissa is my hairdresser personally and she is the BEST! Highly recommend her. Very sweet and attentive young lady. But i could definitely recommend others such as Alex and Robin and Kita. Only because i have dealt with these ladies also, but they all seem to be very friendly and good at their job!!!

Robin is absolutely amazing at what she does.She has done my hair on a couple of occasions now and she is simply the best. She did my hair for my wedding and it was a gorgeous elegant updo exactly what I wanted and today she cut and colored my hair and I couldn't be happier. MY HAIR COLOR IS PERFECT. Robin literally hand painted my roots meticulously with a tiny brush. Then she got the perfect shades of silver I wanted and I’m a natural dark brunette. She worked magic today. GO SEE ROBIN!!!

Last Thursday I dropped in to get a hair cut, I wasn't exactly sure how much hair I wanted to cut off. Robin knew exactly what to do, she took the time and showed me different lengths and what my hair would look like. She went an inch each time like I asked her to do and made me feel so happy with my hair! I was so excited after I left there and felt so good about myself! If you are going there ask for Robin! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to Holiday Hair last night around 6pm. I wanted my all over highlights touched up. The ladies working informed me they would be closing soon... It was only 6. One kept talking about how long my hair is and they would have to charge me so much extra because of the length. It made me feel bad about my hair. She spoke as if she was trying to talk me out of highlights altogether. I could tell they were just lazy and didn't want to do my hair. She gave me an estimate of around $130. I thanked them and left. I paid $80 at Master Cuts in the mall and the ladies there were so much more friendly. My hair turned out great! Holiday Hair's loss because I tip VERY well. I'll take my waist length locks to Master Cuts from now on.

Honestly, I will never go back to this place. I’ve been to this place before to get my hair trimmed and it was fine. This last time I went, it wasn’t so great. I always come in for just a trim around 1 1/2 - 2 inches just to keep the ends cleaned up. The lady kept insisting that I do more. So I agreed with three inches because I know how bad split ends can get. The whole time this lady just kept making rude comments, and honestly some of them kind of hurt. Well we get close to the end of my hair cutting and another worker asks the lady how much she cut off of my hair. 4 1/2 inches. I know it may not seem like a lot. But it was the fact of the matter that it is my hair. I have the decision and control over it. You don’t decide how much you take off. My hair is precious to me. It was down to my waist before and now it is mid- back length. With other employees saying “ oh I would have taken 7 inches off”. Thank you for making me feel wonderful about myself. Y’all will never get a recommendation from me ever.

I am not willing to let other people typically do my hair, but I will always go back to Chalyon. Chalyon did such an amazing job with my hair!!! She was able to get a horrible black that turned red out of my hair and turn it to the blue roots and platinum blonde on the ends that I wanted without damage!!! Always a great experience!

I love this place! Loren is the only person I ever let touch my hair. She always does exactly what I want and does a fantastic job! I’ve had difficulty in finding a stylist who could give me the layers I wanted in the past and she executes it perfectly. She’s very nice and always fun to talk to!! The pricing is very affordable, too!

Have natural mixed curly hair. Very clearly told the woman what I wanted, even showed a picture of myself with my desired haircut. She cut my hair way too short, layered and close to the head. All my volume is gone! The exact opposite of what I asked for- I don't think she listened to a word I said. If she was uncomfortable or unskilled with cutting my hair type I really, really wish she would've said so. I'm very disappointed and still hate looking in the mirror.

Staff is friendly, but the price for a simple men's cut continues to rise. I felt it was high before their most recent increase but paid for the pleasant staff and consistent cuts. With the latest increase I realize it is time to move on.

Love this place! Great customer service and they always make sure you absolutely love the end result of your service. This is the only place I have gotten my hair cut and colored in Morgantown in the past 4 years and it always comes out beautifully. If you need something new, color of any kind, or just a cut, this is the place to be.

I only got a cut and dark all over color, which is very difficult to mess up. I was pleased with my color and my cut but I felt like my stylist got lazy at the end and I told her she didn't have to curl it if she would just give me a nice blow dry and I'd wear it straight. I left with partially wet hair, and not even a bit of straightener to polish it off.. I could half dry my hair and not straighten it myself. The best part of getting your hair done is feeling like it looks better than you could ever do it yourself. For 80$ I would have at least like to felt like my hair was actually dry. I won't be returning.

When I checked in I was told it would be about 10 minutes. After sitting unacknowledged for 30, and knowing 4 stylists had finished cuts in that time, I left. How about saying "we'll be with you soon?" Terrible manners, never mind awful customer service.

Worst haircut I've ever paid for. My stylist was Barbie. She was a very poor communicator. My hair is already very short, but she didn't shave a straight line where one had previously been so there's a line of long hairs sticking straight out on my hairline. The fade is ridiculous, going in a sharp diagonal line across the back of my head with a weird section of longer hairs behind my ear on the other side. The sideburn and around my ear is a mess with a bunch of single hairs longer then the rest. Then I guess I paid $5 extra for a pea size amount of pomade and 2 spritzes of hairspray because the bill was $18.25. Also, my receipt shows I paid $38.25 and got $20.00 change but I actually paid with a 20-dollar bill. Maybe it was a simple mistake but discrepancies like that usually appear when someone is skimming the register, and the suspicion is enough to not go back. P.S. Kita gave me a great haircut once and I really enjoyed that experience. If you have to go here for some reason, request her. She won't let you leave with a mess on your head like I have now.

I got my hair cut as a long, asymmetrical bob and she was able to deliver what I wanted after showing her multiple and different pictures. Went in to get a haircut. Gave very specific instructions on what I wanted. Pretty cut and dry. The lady who cut my hair told me no and that she wouldn't do it. I asked her not to cut much off of the top and that I wanted a 1.5 on the left side with a line shaved in and blended in on the other side. Not too complicating. I had it done at this place previously. She absolutely destroyed my hair and told me not to tell anyone I had my hair cut by her. She was extremely rude and I'll never let her touch my hair again. Her name was Christina.

I have been going here for years with my family of 6 with minor issues but nothing that has stopped me from going back until today. I paid $49.00 for my 11 year old and myself to get a trim. She charge me an adult price for my daughter and she charge me $32 for a trim. A $10 charge because my hair was past my shoulders, I've never been charged this before today. I will not ever go back, I will not pay $32.00 for a freaking hair cut!!!
