I was in town for a wedding and had to get a haircut done right away. Jessie did me great! I loved loved loved the steam towel face wash, and the massaging she did to my head. She's a wonderful cutter. Definitely will be coming back when I'm in GB.

Complete crapshoot if the stylist you will get knows what they are doing. The one I got had no idea what she was doing and I had to tell her several times what to correct. Even when I pointed out what she needs to fix, she didn't have the skills to do it. When the stylist greets you ask them how long they've been cutting hair. If it's less than 5 yes ask for another one.

Horrible cut, worst day of my life. If you want something as plain as a buzz cut then you can come here, but don't expect a clean cut. Barber couldn't even match the picture I showed.

Maeleen was great! She has an expertise on what she was doing. She treats you well and makes sure you get out of there with a smile. MVP is a must for the best experience though.

This haircut store is the worst haircut place I have ever been to. My hair stylist barely spoke English and seemed like she didn't know what was going on, she gave me a really bad haircut and didn't say anything about it when I was finished. She shaved half of my head and the other half didn't blend in properly and the back of my hair is very uneven. I am going back tomorrow and demanding a full refund.

Extremely disappointed with today's service. I have been here now for more than 8 times and service varies from visit to visit extremely, this shows there is no quality control from Sportsclips while charing premium price compared to others.

my stylist was on experimental mode apparently. she seemed to lack hair cutting experience. not reccomended. give clear instructions on my type of hair. ignored, cut my hair the way i didnt want. ended up with a 4 on the top and 2 on the sides. dont go here.

I have been going to Sport Clips for about 8 years now and they have been doing a good job for what they are supposed to do. the first time I went to this build you one was the utmost Best of the Best that I have ever had my hairstyle. she did a good job very professional very friendly and I have had a lot of compliments on it. thank you Sport Clips

Allison, or Allie, is by far the best hair stylist around. I've gone through four or five hair stylist since I've moved to the Bellevue area and she is the only one that has been able to cut my hair the right way. If your picky and meticulous about how your hair looks and want it cut the right way, Allie is the only gal you want touching your hair! I guarantee it!

Never going back. Had a few good experiences, but several stylists seem to lack a skillset. Last stylist took an extra couples inches off the top because she didn’t realize how much her tools were going to take off. Can’t understand how she got hired, much less certified. Had been going for nearly two years, will never again.

on 29th March 2017 between 5:30 pm - 6pm I and my son came for hair cut. The lady there is really horrible and she is very unprofessional and she don't know how to cut hair, Iam doubting she doesn't have licence . I don't know whom to compliant but there is no manager for that store. It's not worth for the money she charged me.her name is DARCY She is very bad unprofessional. she completely messed up my hair feeling very bad. I Learnt great lesson "never visit stores by looking at outward appearance "

I have been going to multiple Sport Clips for well over 3 years now. I have only been unhappy with my hair cut one time since going and she was young and brand new to the industry. It is a difficult to get same person as the turn over is very high. Great atmosphere, great business model, decent prices and mostly good haircuts.

I have been going to this place for years and apparently loyal customers don’t matter. I waited 1 1/2 hour to get my son’s hair cut and just when it was his turn a “friend “ asked Renee if he could go now and my son had to wait 20 minutes because he went before my son, after he was only there for 20 min. I am not recommending this place, go somewhere else.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever seen. Some how my husband ended up with on side of his head with an uneven fade and the other with no hair at all. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Complete rip off.

The normal wait time at this location is 1.5 hours to 2 hours. To avoid that one must use the mobile check in. The stylist I had was good and she did do a decent job on the haircut. I was not happy about the MVP experience though. Previously, the massage and hair wash lasted about 20 minutes but this time it feeled rushed. There is a great scope of improvement!!

Its a crap shoot some are good but most stylists are sub par. They don't listen or clarify your instructions before cutting. Hair grows back but it take a while, and it will be a while before I trust them again.

I have been having my haircut here for a few years . Always have great service. Yes, M.V.P. is the best. Although other customers may prefer spending a little less funds by not having scalp massage, hot face towel applied twice etc. Always a goid conversation, good energy. I'm looking at other comments and the one thing I can say is the turnover rate is quick. I don't think Sport clips pays their employees much. I know they do not have health insurance. Behooves a company to do more

Previously, I loved sports clips. I was super happy to get my haircut. I asked Hani for a fade, and nothing else. But she assumed things, and didn’t ask me questions, and cuts off 2+ inches off my hair, that I was trying to grow out. They should feel ashamed of themselves.

The stylus Melissa I think. I gave her CLEAR instructions on what I requested. As somebody else also pointed out, she assumed and almost completely ruined my haircut. Let me remind you I gave CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS on what I wanted. Three more things, she left hair ALL OVER my face when she said she was done. Also when she put product into my hair, she smeared it ALL OVER MY FOREHEAD. She the proceeded to style my hair in the most terrible and stuck it up all over the place and completely ruin the look I was going for. I do have one good thing to say, she did thin out my hair well.
