Abigail is one of the best! I travel all over the country for work and was looking for a salon that could balayage/ highlight my hair. I had my last salon from Virginia write down the toner and colors and she was able to match it and complement it flawlessly. Her Salon is modern, clean, sleek and offers you great beverages while they make your hair fabulous!! 10/10, go there!

Love this place! Emilee has taken care of my hair for three years and I’d never go anywhere else. The ladies at this salon have talent and love for what they do and it shows. The hard part is sticking to your hair plan when you see finished masterpieces walking out the door before you.

On a whim, I decided to try this place. Jane did a wonderful job on me! I needed a cut for my coarse hair that works for me and that is a tall order. Jane did it! I will be back! I usually go to Bellevue or someplace super pricey but this place was so reasonable and VIP that I was so pleases and happy ! Next appt for color!

A friend recommended this salon and since her hair was so nice I decided to try it out. Since I haven't found a salon since moving to the PNW. I checked reviews and images of clients hair. Everything looked great, so I scheduled my consult. During the consult I did not receive a friendly introduction and felt very rushed. I got bad vibes after I tried to explain how I wanted my hair the stylist (Jane) said, "So you want what, like a price quote? Get out your phone calculator to add it." Despite my best judgement I booked the appointment since it was only a week out and all her Instagram pictures and reviews online looked great. I should have went with my gut instinct. I had asked for a dark blonde base with highlights, Jane advised I go darker base which I agreed to but, I ended up with copper base and blonde highlights. I started to cry immediately. It was horrible. After trying to blame me for the base being so copper, and me reminding her I agreed to her advise of the darker base so this wouldn't happen she admitted that it lightened more than she thought it would and she offered to darken the base but had to re-foil my hair so the highlights wouldn't get covered. I agreed even though I felt horrible for having her re-do it. I had never had this happen to me in the 11 years I have been getting highlights. It was 8:30pm when she started to fix it and rushed to put the foil, she ended up making the highlights so uneven, thick in spots, thin in some. She left out some of the original ones she had done and covered them with the base since she was in such a hurry. It looks alright (better than copper) but I still hate it and it is nothing near what I wanted. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because she attempted to fix it. I do like the cut though. What a waste of over $200.

I "had" been a great client for 4 steady years, coming to see my stylist every 3 to 4 months and always spending upwards of $ 300.00 a visit with service and product. I got into a car accident on my way to my appt and before i could call and talk to anyone, i recieved a voice message after being late 10 minutes, stating if i wasnt there in 5 minutes i would not be seen and in addition, they would require me put a deposit down on upcoming appts. Very disappointing beings i've never been late and and always flexable. I never complained when i waited 3 months to see my stylist to only find out i was scheduled with the wrong person and then had to wait another 2 1/2 months to be seen. Very disaponted with the service, so i won't be back.

If you love a nice blonde, please go to Jane!! She is a great colorist and very talented. I personally prefer to be pretty blonde and full foil and she does an excellent job!! She is great with subtle color as well and can make your hair blend very natural. Her Instagram page can showcase her beautiful work and can give you ideas of what style color you like..

Been going here since they opened. I’ve seen someone new each time I’ve gotten a cut and each gal who’s cut my hair has done a great job and has been super friendly. I recently got my hair cut with Amelia, she did great. I got an A line bob, at least that’s what I think it’s called, she styled my hair curled with a flat iron - wish I could it the same at home. I noticed a couple days later that there were a few strands longer than others in the back so I called the salon to see about getting it fixed. I lucked out with Amelia having a had a client cancel so she was able to fix it same day, I appreciated that she acknowledged that it needed to be fixed and didn’t make me feel like I was being picky. I have to say I was worried at first when calling about the fix because I was told I needed to wait for Amelia specifically which was going to be 5 days later. I feel that the front desk should have offered more options and treated it with more of a sense of urgency from the get go. But all in all I’m super happy with my cut and even happier that Amelia was able to get my hair evened out. Hopefully I will be seeing her again.
