DO NOT GO HERE. I don't even know where to start. I recommend that people go elsewhere. Although the price is affordable, the quality of the haircut is very poor. I have long, thick curly hair. No one has ever complained about cutting my hair as much as the person who cut my hair - from the length to how curly it was. I didn't ask her opinion on whether or not I should keep it long, but she kept telling me that it was too long numerous times, I'm not sure why she thought it was okay to do that. I thought it was very poor form. I had a dry cut and she kept pulling on my hair as she was cutting it, which was painful and she didn't continue to wet it down. Then she cut between 3-4 inches off when I had asked for an inch off, along with layers. There was so much of my hair on the floor when she was done cutting my hair and I kept it together long enough to pay her (she only accepts cash and I had to go to the ATM with my poor haircut, but no where on her website does it say that she accepts cash only). It took me so long to grow my hair to that length and I told her several times to keep it long. She didn't even respect my wishes as a client. My hair is so much shorter than I like and I'm disappointed in how I look. I read the reviews and decided to book an appointment. If you have curly hair, long hair or thick hair, she's going to ruin your hair. Please go elsewhere.

First of all, she said on the phone that haircuts are $10 and then she charges me $12 because I have "long hair." Then she complains when I ask her to cut another half an inch and cuts of 4 inches!!! My hair was under my chest and now it's at my collarbone even though I only wanted 2 and a half inches off. She's overall very disrespectful. Because on the phone she said $10 I had only brought $10 of cash with me, so I had to dig for change to make $2, then she gets impatient and grabs my wallet and SHAKES THE CHANGE OUT. Like what the crap? Worst salon ever. Kim is rude and doesn't even know how to do a simple trim. My hair is ruined.

I was late by 5 mins for my appointment since it is so hard to find a parking spot. When I entered nobody took care of me or even said hi.
