A few years ago, I went to this salon, because someone I knew worked there and she did excellent work on my hair. After she left, I had to stop going to Harbor because the owner was so unfriendly and unprofessional. I never let her touch my hair, but heard numerous complaints from other locals about her. If someone won't show their customers they care, I am out of that place.

This place is awesome, they got my wife in right away! And treated her great! All she will talk about, is how much she loves her hair now! Cindy was her stylist and did a wonderful job! The owner & all the staff were very welcoming & friendly!! Judging by my wife's happiness I would definitely recommend Harbor Hair Design!!!
