I wish I could give them 0 stars. My partner went in for a haircut and showed her a very specific picture of themselves for reference and she butchered their hair. Literally in tears over the fact that she cut it so short we can't do anything to fix it unless we want to buzz it all off. We are both very upset and will never come back, never recommend, and always tell people about this incident if they even consider coming in.

Located in the same parking lot and adjacent to Fred Meyer and Baskin-Robbins. Sierra did a good job with my hair cut. Other stylists did my client's hair cut and a teenager. All x3 of us were in and out in less than 2 hrs (I have thick hair and lots of it), we walked in without appointments. Not bad at $20 a piece but I'd go to a barber for the men's cut in the future because they charged $20 for his cut and each of our female cuts. A little much for a men's cut, in my opinion. Recommended overall.

Danae is the best! My 14 year old went in to cut off his shoulder length hair and she was great. My only complaint would be that we scheduled another appointment with her 6 weeks later and when he went in, it was a different stylist and we were not informed ahead of time that she would not be there.

I always travel to this location because my picky teenage boy refuses to let anyone, except Deanna French, touch his hair and I understand why! I tried to color my own hair at home(HUGE MISTAKE) and I ended up looking like I was walking around with a calico cat on top of my head

I wouldn’t even give it a one star but need to make a point. One of the worst haircuts ever!!! Just asked for a basic shoulder length long layer... botched-uneven and missed an entire piece of hair!! Lady getting hair dyed while I was in there asked to have it redone because they missed part of her hair!! The “manager” was inattentive while cutting hair cuz she was so focused on who was coming thru the front door. Basically... they work in the corner of a run down shopping mall for a reason!! Get what you pay for!

I hated it! I'm scared to get another haircut!! They cut my sideburns uneven, and it looked like it was cut by a five-year old. When I asked to have it cut shorter on the sides, she kept "blending" it, like my hairs some kind of smoothie. My hair was not cut at all (I underscore at all) the way I told them to. Whoever my stylist was, it(being my hair) was to short, and it took months for my hair to look nice again, since when my hair is cut to the length for which it was my face looks like a box. I understand that [HairMasters] is a cheap place to go, but I believe that, for most any price ones hair should at least have even sideburns, be cut the way for which it was requested to be cut, and look presentable. My stylist even asked ME if my sideburns looked even, ME, how am I, the customer supposed to be subjected to responsibility for my own hair when I don't know anything about cutting hair, you're the one with the license. Don't ever go here, and if you do, wear a hat for a while, this place is awful.

No appointment necessary is wrong. I have been here 3 times and every time, they tell me they are booked for the day. I even had an appointment one of these times. There's only 2 people inside and they close 4 hours from now. I think they choose who's hair they want to cut. I can tell you this I will never be back here. 3rd times a charm.

I had ruined my hair with box color and was pretty unhappy when i walked in. Did not have to wait and ended up having the best salon experience ever. My stylist Monica took time to understand what i wanted, even consulted a colleague to make sure the color was perfect and managed to get exactly the tone I wanted. Could not be happier! I've been in here twice now to look at products. Both times there were 2 employees up front that couldn't even manage to greet me. The first time I was in here I browsed for a little bit, and ended up walking out without ever being approached by an employee. The second time two of the employees were having a loud conversation about one of their relationships and couldn't manage to say hello or ask if I needed help with anything. Terrible customer service!

Can’t cut hair, when there twice because I thought the first time was a fluke nope! They don’t care! They will leave groove marks from the clippers where you can clearly see your hair isn’t cut and tell you it’s cut. F’in joke. Never going there again and don’t recommend any male to get a haircut they.

When I went in I was very clear with what I wanted and that I needed a great haircut for my 14 year anniversary... Big mistake. A men's haircut is simple I usually do my own even and turns out great but due to lack of time... Anyway, I came out and it was un-even all the way around, not thinned out like I had asked and super rushed. I even had to go back in after leaving so she could finish cutting the hair over my ears. I got home and cleaned up the back of my neck as it was uneven. Honestly don't think she gave a crap about what she does. I feel I would have been better off going to the preschool down the road, giving a 5 yo some safety scissors and saying, "Go for it," and would have done a better job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. BE WARNED.

For a place that emphasizes walk ins welcome, it's difficult to get in as a walk in. One hour plus wait, and the person at the front seems really put out at scheduling walk ins. Today I was able to drive out to Snohomish and get a haircut at Great Clips before Hairmasters said they could even get me in.

I've tried to get my kiddos cuts done here but I'm always greeted with "what do you want?" And when asked today if my son could get a quick cut the response I got was "I don't know. We have 2 ahead of you." After asking for an ETA she said maybe 10, 15 or 40 minutes. After I left she hung up the sign in the door that said low wait times. The older woman there is passive aggressive. Third times a charm. I am done with this location.

The owners did offer me to contact them to discuss reaching some fair fix, but I didn't get back to them...not that they didn't employ other competent stylists I just chose not to do so as of late.

Went in for a trim. Older woman with 80's style curly hair asked what I wanted so I said I would like an inch trimmed please,. She asked if I had layers and I said yes so she asked if I would like my layers trimmed as well as the bottom and I was so confused. I said all my hair please still confused why she asked if I wanted half of a haircut....she then goes on to tell me that cutting my split ends will NOT help my hair grow and that I should leave them!! I say no I have had several consultations and repeated what I wanted again. She goes to wash my hair and has the audacity to say "ok so we're trimming 1/4 inch off the layers and an inch off the rest right?" At that point I told her I am going somewhere else. Why would you ask me what I want done with my own hair when you clearly think I have no idea what I want and then continue to misinform me about hair health?!?! I walked out before she could do whatever she wanted to my hair.

Got my hair color and the guy with long hair never did his job. Only on his phone and waited 7 hours to get my hair colored. The results were terrifying. I got bruises and burnts on my sides which hurted alot which Lasted 2 weeks. Never getting my hair colored here again.
