DO NOT GO HERE!! My sister had her hair done here today. She wanted a rose gold balayage and after almost THREE HOURS AND $120 later she ended up with hot pink roots and the whole middle section of her hair and her ends had no dye in them. She could have done a better job from home. They were horrible.

I was able to get an appointment for a partial foil pretty quick. Went in and Brandy did an amazing job! The pink was perfect. I also wanted a cut and she had time for that as well. It was great cause I'm trying to grow out my hair and she didn't chop a bunch off like most people do. I will be coming back for my refresher soon. Great atmosphere, clean and friendly.

Came in today to get a trim, no one even acknowledged I was there. There were 4 stylists working and nothing, not a "hello", no "have a seat we will be with you" nothing.... waited for 15 minutes, then left since they clearly had no intention of helping me. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

Waited for my appointment for 45 minutes. Then found out the person who was supposed to see me was in the back the entire time with another client. Would have been nice if someone told me how long I was going to sit there. I ended up having to leave because I had only allowed for an hour for a simple hair cut. How foolish of me.

First time here and had a great experience. Vikitoria is amazing and I definitely will get my haircut here from now on :). Update: May 2018 I've called multiple times to ask something. Every time I call I am put on hold and then hung up on. I decided to call back and let them know I was hung up on accidentally. She proceeded to leave me on hold for ten minutes so I just hung up. Viktoria was amazing but when I scheduled my appointment I had to do it online since the receptionist kept hanging up on me.

Am a natural red head... went in having my red roots grown out at least three inches down my head with blonde tips at the bottom.. wanted to change it to a red umbre so my hair could grow out more suttle... left with purple hair.. VERY upset.. cancelled my 4-6 hundred dollar extension appointment for next week... Horrible experience.
