This is one of the most professional and kind salons in Moses Lake. I got my eyelash extensions by kristina and they turned out amazing! They also always answer the salon phone in a timely manner and try their best to schedule you in for an appointment that works for you. The new salon space is extremely nice too. The lash boutique area is super comfortable. I definitely recommend Kristina for your extensions! She was really welcoming and kind. She also was super helpful with information about after care and she listened when I told her what kind lash look I wanted. The crew there is amazing! If you’re in Moses Lake and you’re considering changing your hair look or thinking about getting eyelash extensions C. Michelle’s is the place to go to!

Beautiful salon with excellent service! I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and the high level of perfessioalism. While I was getting my hair done a women came into the salon and was rude and disrespectful. The owner handled the situation was grace and poise. I would definitely recommend this salon. The level of class, compassion and expertise was very apparent.

Made an appointment week in advance for spiral, an when I got there to get my hair done, they said they didn’t do those on shoulder length hair! Very frustrating since I told them in advance length of hair!!!

I got an all over color and was very disappointed. Not at all what the stylist assured me it would be . She attempted to "fix" it, but it only made it worse. I can say that she handled it with Grace, and told me it looked good even though I made it perfectly clear I was not happy! That's what hairdressers are there for, right?

This place absolutely deserves zero stars! I had booked a styling appointment two weeks before for prom and I called a few days before to make sure it was still happening. When I called them, I was told my appointment was cancelled by someone other than me and no one had called to even let me know! This place has terrible communication and customer service! I don’t recommend anyone to get booked here cause it’ll just be a waste of time.

I love this salon. I have gotten haircuts and eyelash extensions here and have been happy every time. The staff is always friendly and fun like you are hanging out with friends. The atmosphere is positive and happy. They really make an effort to ensure you have a good experience in their beautifully decorated space.
