I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I drove 20 min through traffic because the lady told me to go in for a consultation. I get there ready to show her my ideas and she looks and the photos and RUDELY says “I’ll pass”. I was shocked... I never thought a paying customer would be turned away in such a harsh manner. I was wanting to go from my natural dark brown to a lighter blonde. Instead of working with me she turned me away and I couldn’t be more embarrassed. I went to B4 salon after and they told me I wasn’t being realistic but THEY WORKED WITH ME. In a very kind manner and I am now set to get my dream hair color. I would not recommend this establishment.

Have been going to Bettie for about 5 months now. Bettie does great with my hair and my son's hair too. Friendly, and makes you feel like your business is appreciated. Reasonable prices too. Karen, the receptionist does great too.

I have went to Bettie twice now to cut my hair. I originally sought her out from the reviews about how she found/chose a good cut for all these customers. I wanted to cut my hair and had a very general, vague idea of what I wanted and that can be a disaster if you don't find the right person. Well, she's the right person! I've loved my cut both times (both very different from each other) and always get rave compliments. She's super friendly and I would highly recommend her, especially if you need some guidance on what to do with your hair!
