I found this place by luck as I had driven by it a few times going to work. I walked in and they sat me down, did the cut and it wasn’t bad. However, the next 2 times I would call, my appointments were canceled at the last minute, after following their instructions to the letter to make appointments. Unreliable staff, very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost, as you might get lucky once but it’s only a matter of time before you are bit twice.

I have been going to Reflections for 7 years now and am still very satisfied with the quality of my cuts, colors, and styles. Kim has been my stylist from the beginning. She has always listened to my hair desires and then offered her expertise to make it a reality that compliments both my face and personality. I have never been disappointed. My husband, son, 6 yr. old grandson, and myself all get our hair done every 5 weeks. We definitely look forward to our "hair day" with Kim! She and the staff at Reflections have become a part of our family!!

Reflections is a very nice salon located in Clarksville , Va.. The hair stylist are very friendly always as you walk in. You are greeted when you come in. Kim Smith is my hair stylist. Kim always has done the best job with the highlights in my hair. The color and look I asked for. She cuts my hair also. She does a great job. She is friendly and kind. I highly recommend Kim .

Both my husband John and myself have been seeing her ever since. She is friendly creative, listens to your ideas and is extremely accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone.
