Family member had a haircut that she was not pleased with. There was a slight issue with communication so the fault was not entirely the stylist’s. However, one call to the salon and they were fantastic about helping her and giving her what she wanted initially. I have to say, the way that we were treated - so politely, professionally, and patiently - reaffirms what other reviewers have said : This place is great. Also, haircut looks fantastic! I will be coming back. Thank you to the staff and owner!

I have never been treated so disgusting in a salon in my entire life. I went in with my photo and also Showed her photos when I was there last time which are in the gallery by the way and said please make sure you have the same color formula and she did. My color is so dark, nothing like photo. The haircut is an abomination. I was very pleasant and asked if I could come back so they can fix it and after they took my $138 and the owner yelled in my face, they said not to come back!, . Do not think this is a good place to go . I am disabled and I am going to report them. The owners are nasty! I want my money back. And I’m going to continue to post so that others will never have that experience. Please believe me these women are nasty mean and there’s nothing special about that salon except To stay far away .

I can't even begin to describe how impressed I am with this salon! I tried to find somewhere that could do the bright neon colors that won't fade in a few weeks. And these guys knew exactly how to get me what i wanted. They couldn't fit me into one session so broke it up into 2 so that I could have the hair I was wanting without having to wait days for an appointment. Not only are they knowledgable but the staff is so accommodating and all have such an upbeat personality. I went from dark brunette to bright purple and couldn't be happier. Thank you guys so much!!! I can't wait to stop in for touch ups :)

A friend of mine recommended this hidden gem! Love the vibe inside the hair color studio, not only do they go green and promote Eco friendliness they also support local businesses. The staff is always happy and upbeat! The product lines are also organic, For those of us who can't get color services because of the allergies to ppd and others, now you can! They mainly use OWAY and pravana color lines.

The atmosphere here was nice and most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It is clearly a very nice salon. My hair stylist was not friendly from the start and I was immediately ill at ease with her. She was very short with me the entire time, was not interested in conversation (which is fine but I sat there for three hours with her) and honestly you don't have to be a great talker to be a great hair stylist so I let it go. However she misunderstood what I wanted and didn't seek any clarification and way overdid my highlights, and when I expressed my concerns she was dismissive. She never showed me what she did in a closer mirror and it looked okay from a distance but when I left it became quickly apparent that it didn't actually look good, it just looked like white streaks in my hair and the top of my head. I told her in the beginning it had to look very natural because I'm in the military and she basically just told me military people get them done all the time with no problem. I'm sorry, but what happened to me was not fine and I can't wear my hair like that when I go back to work. It looks extremely unnatural, especially on top. I contacted the salon and she called me this morning at 8:55 and said she could fix it if I could make it in between 9 and 10! and she didn't really have anything else available soon enough that would work. I think she may have just been having a bad day so she's probably fine most of the time or else there'd be more bad reviews. I got an appointment with another place today (Impressions on Colley) and they fixed my hair without problems and I'm very happy with it now. I'm giving 3 stars because of the rest of the staff was great and they made the experience much more pleasant. Just if you go here and the person you get makes you uncomfortable, don't let them do your hair. And make sure they 100% understand what you want, make sure they listen to you.

I have had my hair colored by so many people and in many places in many colors. Yet outside my friends, I've never felt more welcome at any hair studio before than I have been here. My colorist was real and warm and very open about what could work with my hair. I am in love with the result so much. I am looking forward to working with them in the future!

I have been coming here since 2011 and love it. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. The staff are all great and seem to enjoy the job. I love the organic product lines and how eco friendly they are. Would recommend again and again! Whats even better is their point system for referrals. Refer a friend,they come in and recive $15 off their first visit and i get $5 off product or service. I can keep aquuring the points to use and they never expire!!
