LOVED MY EXPERIENCE. I had miss kathy doing my hair and I mean what can I say, I walked in a 145 ish and she worked on my hair until about 530, I have ALOT OF HAIR and it is VERY CURLY. She took her time and made sure everything about my hair was perfect. I had a deva cut and highlights put in. My highlights are PERFECT and natural flowing with my curls and my deva cut makes my hair look 1000% times better. She explained to me everything she was doing while she was doing it and she was very knowledgable about hair care products. I also like it because they didnt push any of their products at me or try to get me to buy anything (even tho I did) they let their products speak for themselves. I WILL be back, I have already prebooked my next appt in 3 months. If you are a curly girl GO HERE the experience is amazing and your curls will be the best you have ever seen them!!!!

When I call most salons and ask if they have anyone who specializes in curly hair the answer is often, "we can all cut curly hair" which is not the response I am looking for. This salon truly understands curly hair and they are all curl experts. During my last visit half the salon was full of curly haired clients. I've now been to Muse twice, and I only wish I had discovered them sooner. Like many curly girls, I've had more disappointing haircuts than I can count, but since I started going to Kathy, I have been happier with my hair then ever. The first time I went was just to shape my hair up before my wedding, and while I was there she explained to me why using the Curly Girl method is so important and what types of products would be best for my hair. That knowledge helped me radically improve my hair situation in the following months. The second time I went I wanted something more dramatic and asked her to cut off around 8 inches. Despite my fears of looking like Little Orphan Annie after chopping so much off, she knocked it out of the park again. I couldn't be happier with my new -do, and would recommend Muse Salon (and Kathy!) to anyone with curly hair.

Kathy is the best! I have long blond curly hair. I was nervous for a Devacut because Ive had the same boring cut for years and was scared for change, however I'm so glad I took the chance! A Devacut does wonders for curly hair. My locks (really!) have never looked better. Kathy cuts hair so that each curl reaches it's maximum bounce. I've already sent two of my girlfriend's to her! I get loads of compliments. Go for a Devacut at Muse... you won't regret it! You will learn so much about your curly hair and what it needs to be healthy. I had no idea I'd been caring for me hair in all the wrong ways.

So I went into Muse Salon to set up an appointment, When Chrissy said she could cut my hair in a few minutes if I wasn't pressed for time. Let me say I am a man with long hair which hadn't been cut in several years. I was nervous but said sure lets do it tonight. Chrissy was very reassuring, and I felt very comfortable, we struck up a conversation almost at once. She took her time even though it was almost the end of her shift, and didn't have to. I have never been so pleased with the entire visit and of course I will be going back to see her. Keeping this review short, she did an amazing job, made my entire evening. The lady who was at the counter when I went in was very pleasant too, just a good experience!!!! THANK YOU~~

My wife and I have gone here for about 3 years, and have always enjoyed the experience. We've only gone for haircuts, where they wash your hair, but and style. The staff is very professional and very courteous. We've only experience half the staff, as when we found our perfect saloonist, we scheduled appointments with them from then on. If they weren't available, we had no problems going with anyone else. I believe all the staff are trained at the same school, so you get a standard across the board.

If you have wavy or curly hair, or are even not sure if you have some curl to your hair, this is the place to go! These guys are pros! I am a retired stylist myself but they know more about curly hair than I do and I have curly hair! They do an amazing job with the cut and never fail to have an answer when my curls start misbehaving and I need some advice. And yes! Even a stylist sometimes needs advice! I highly recommend Muse as I have seen a LOT of other hairstylists work and these ladies are some of the best! They Care about the clients hair, and not just selling or upcharging. That makes a big difference to me. Kathryn coaxed more curls out of my hair today than I have ever seen! Well done!

This is way more than just a "Cut/Style/and Go" type of establishment! They are very caring about what YOU are trying to achieve with your hair. They even educate you on how to take care of your hair and hair style. When you walk in, you are sincerly greeted and they all are very friendly. You NEVER feel rushed and you will always leave looking and feeling gorgeous! It is an experience unlike any other place I have been! They have a massage therapist as well as waxing! They also have a barber who can make a man who is use to going to "cut and go" shops to when a man received the real hot towel shaves, up to date cuts and can edge up. Men look amazing afterward! They even do kids and that is a bonus for families like mine! Oh, I must mention that this Salon is very reasonably priced and that is just one more reason that keeps my entire family going back!

No apology, nothing from receptionist. Never even met Kathy who I was referred to me by a friend. I am from out of town and travel here for business every 2 weeks. From the start, I was a bit apprehensive, had not cut my hair in a very long time. This was the first devachan inspired salon I was able to find, drove a good 40 mins just to go there on top of literally waiting 3-4 weeks just for an appointment. They wrote my name wrong from the start and I had to correct them twice. I had very long hair and I wanted it shoulder length. I was pretty specific about it and even mentioned that my hair wasn't as curly this day as it normally is *hint hint*. So from the start, I kind of noticed she took off more than I would normally think to start off. But I just let her do her work and trusted that she knew what she was doing. I remember her telling me that after she washed and styled my hair, she would fix and nit pick at it some more to my liking. Then, she washed and conditioned and styled my hair in a way of which I wouldn't normally do but ended up looking nice and frizz free. After my hair dried under a drying hood, my hair had shrunk alot more than being shoulder length :( It was up to my chin! I was pretty speechless and probably had a very uncomforfable look on my face but still managed to be polite. And guess what? She didn't even try to snip more of my hair, she probably realized it was too short too after that. There is a good difference between having shoulder length hair vs. hair up to your chin. At the price point they charge, one of the main subjects you would think they would be exceptional and trained at is being aware of shrinkage or maybe listening to their customers better. The hair cut is nice if I wanted a bob or very short hair style, it was styled nice too but that doesnt take away from the number 1 request I had, Shoulder.Length.Hair. Pretty disappointed. I cant believe this was my first worst haircut experience and in a salon that is designed for curls... think about that. It will take months for my hair to grow.

Latina with curly hair it was always difficult to find a stylist who can work on my hair. Found out about DevaCurl a while back loved their products. I was curious to see what a Deva cut was. I looked up local salons and for some reason Muse interested me more. Muse Hair Salon is 30 minutes away from where I live. I could have gone somewhere closer but muse just caught my eye. I set up an appointment and I was set up with Katt Orr. Her personality was incredible. Usually I’m not one to talk when I’m getting my hair done I’m rather quiet but Katt has such a great personality you can’t help but start a conversation with her. In my visit I thought I would go in for a simple haircut and be slightly satisfied. No! Katt was very educational explained so much that I didn’t know. She made me fall more for the DevaCurl products. She’s also very quick! My haircut felt like nothing and immediately my hair looked like it was never damaged. I left feeling so good about myself I had to show everyone what an amazing job Katt did. Do I recommend Katt? I’ll go out of my way to let everyone and their grandmothers know Katt is the woman to go to. This salon is very clean, very friendly and very attentive. 10/10 ❤️

Just left Rudy and Kelly. I am Happy, Happy, Happy!!! I got my second devacut and am loving it even more than the first. Katt is so amazing, as are all the ladies who work there. I had quite a bit of length taken off, but the shape is perfect for me. They make sure you are happy and comfortable with what they are doing. For anyone who feels like they had a bad experience, I would say give them another try. I watched for more than an hour each stylist asking each individual client thier individual needs and wants, and delivering what was asked for. Many of us curly's are use to not getting what we want and not speaking up when we don't like the results. Not So at Rudy and Kelly's. They Are The Best!!!!

Kathy is the only person I will allow to touch my hair from now on! She is amazing!! My hair is in terrible shape right now, but she knows exactly what to do to fix it. Already, after one visit with her, my curls look/feel transformed. The entire salon staff is super friendly and helpful!

Kathryn (Kat) is excellent. I followed her from her prior employment even though Muse is much further away. She has all the up to date techniques regardless of your hair type. She takes the time to go over any hair issues and makes sure what you want BEFORE chopping. Kat is very friendly and the Muse Salon staff is so nice (and they have the best coffee in town) or a nice glass of wine or mimosa, depending on your taste.
