I'm considered a "re-do guest" but my color and haircut was not done by a stylist at Marshall's- it was done 3 days prior at another local salon. I was scheduled with AMY and she did exactly what I asked for. We had a great consultation, she asked all the right questions, her timing with the services was great- around 3hrs, the toner she selected is beautiful- even with the previous colors, and my haircut is what I initially asked for. She exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy with my hair now! Thank you Amy, your great!!!!! I wish I would have found you the first time!

U hate to lrave bad reviews, & wasn't going to but was urged by my sister to do so since I paid so much. First off, the stylist ruined my hair. She fried it, after she told me she wouldn't, & she would safely dye my hair & use olaplex to ptotect it. The roots are gold & the rest of my hair is ash blonde, while I asked for honey blonde. She asked me to pay before she finished with my hair, so the receptionist could leave. I paid over $200, got my hair ruined and she didn't style my hair. Didn't even attempt to try to dry it. She rubbed a small amount of product on it and sent me on my way. She locked up and walked out almost right behind me, so I realized she was in a rush to leave. I left very dissatisfied and almost on the verge of tears. 30 mins later, with my hair mostly air dry, I looked like a fluffy poodle. Now I have gotten a haircut because of the damage. I would the pics after I left the salon but feel embarrassed.

This is like a bad movie. Walked up to a sign that said walk-ins welcome. When I went in they asked me what I wanted I said can I get my haircut? One girl was sitting in the chair staring at her phone when the host asked her if she could cut my hair she looked confused and said I can't my clippers are broke. He didn't want to the back it was back there for about 10 minutes trying to convince somebody to cut my hair. Finally they came forward and when they went to shut me down I ask for a certain haircut. She looked at me confused and then referred me to the same girl sitting there staring at her phone. I ended up leaving and I'm going to go to my normal place.

Got my hair highlighted and cut. My stylist was nice, but trash talked another employee with a fellow hair stylist(while doing my hair), they went out and smoked while I was "processing" so smelled like cigarettes when she got back . She questioned my hair color requests,and I had to give a 5 min explanation on why I wanted a certain color before she would agree to do it. Then after finishing my hair, there were significant bleed lines when I was looking at it. I said something, and she said she would fix it. So after 15 minutes of sitting, my hair looked "better" but still obviously not blended or fixed. I washed my hair 2 days after the apt. And found 14 more areas where there were jagged foil marks, or places where the color didn't go to the root(or even close to it) I paid over $200 for my hair to be done, and when I find that many mistakes in my hair, how can I trust that same person to do my hair again, when she let me walk out like that the first time? I'm so embarrassed just going to work, and afraid to even put my hair up certain ways because of how poorly it was done. Really disappointed with this. When I contacted the salon they said they would have the owner call me, and I still haven't heard anything. She did do a great job CUTTING my hair. So that's why they get 2 stars, I'm super happy with my cut.

Did basic root retouch, but with bad results. Went back for a fix as offered and was offered the fix at $50 cost. That is NOT my idea of a fix. Will not be returning.

I came to Marshall's knowing Regina many years back. I wanted my hair dyed and seeing her work in the past, I knew she was the only one I could trust to do it. All can say without going into way too much detail was that she never gave up on me. I wasn't satisfied with the color I chose...that's my fault. But she wanted me happy. I'm AMAZED at how well she was able to get me to where I wanted to be from where I was. My hair is absolutely stunning. She is an amazing stylest, colorist, and all around fun person.
