Really bad service. Made an appointment and when I arrived they continued to take other ppl before because they had walked in earlier even though they didn't have an appointment. I waited TWO hours to get my haircut, and I couldn't leave because they washed my hair and kept telling me 5 more mins 5 more minutes but it turned 2 hours, still no one!!! I will never come back here.

When I walked in I had to greet and smile to the lady and she just told me to wait. I already had hair cut, I just wanted to add little layers to the end of my curly hair. She wanted me shut-up and dont ask any questions. Anyways when I ask the price she said it ranges between $30-$35, so I was like oh wow that pricy for just layering the ends, ... without even me finish my sentence she said with rude attitude and tone "excuse me, if you go to other places they charge you way more, this is nothing" she was looking right into my eyes as if she is trying to fight me. So I sat on the chair and when I open my hair she starts complaining and looking at my hair as if something wrong with it. She told me she is going to charge me extra for hair like that. Don't get me I don't really mind the price... I hate the fact how she gave this disgusting look to my hair, not every one has straight hair. Trust me I know its not easy to deal puffy and curly hair. Which is why I dont mine paying extra. Also, Hair Sense remember you live in a diverse country and your hair specialists should know that not everyone has same hair type. It just made me sad and wonder how you guys treat others based on their looks.

This is a terrible salon. I went to get a one inch trim, and layers in the back. They cut off 3 inches instead and gave me "v" layers, which is not what i asked for AT ALL. She did not even condition my hair when she washed it. I am never, EVER coming back here again. I would not recommend this place

Worsttttt customer dealing. Just a warning I guarntee you would regret lifetime if you go to them. Worst dealing and hypocrites. Only nice till they get the money. They are in market only to take your money and doesnot bother when they do the worst work, this is the reason they had to leave their old business Hair Dazzle and started with new name to make people fool. I am never going and as a Social Worker Im going to spread the word so many innocent people don’t get caught in their money trap. All their 5 star reviews are also fake. Few of my friends were asked to give 5 stars too.

If I could give this place negative stars I would.. absolutely terrible experience. I purchased their so called keratin treatment off of Groupon. I went in to get my hair treated which took about 3 1/2 hours of my wasted time. The keratin treatment they use requires you leave your hair unwashed for three days (I've done several keratin treatments and never have I ever encountered this) NOTE: after some research I found out they use COCO keratin, the cheapest keratin you can possibly buy. After three days of misery walking around as if I slapped grease all over my hair I finally washed my hair and you guessed it. ZERO RESULTS. I go back in to complain. They examined my hair later claiming its because my hair is "too thin" (they didn't mention it was "too thin" before starting the treatment) and "how straight did you want it" (not as "straight" and frizzy as it was prior to getting the treatment done that's how straight I wanted it)

I went for the Japanese hair strightening. I asked lady named Sarah (who did my hair) if she has experience doing it, she said she has 17 years of experience so i dnt have to worry. I was happy as the reviews were really good too.. but when she was done with my hair, we had a commitment that she will charge $130 but she cut $140 n i just keep quiet thinking ok it doesnot matter i got my hair done. After 2 days when i washed my hair my hair had nothing they were frizzy n wavy as before. I went back to her n she behaved rudely saying your hair are thin etc excuses. Atlast she said you can cut your hair because i cannot do it. If i would i wish to give negative stars to this place n people. Never waste your money plz. They are new and dnt knw how to do stuff except for cutting. I want them to refund my payment but they didnot..

I just happened into this salon waiting for my dogs to get their hair cut. I was met with very friendly customer service. I got a great hair shampoo and sat down to a very creative and excellent stylist, Sarah, who performed a minor miracle on my sad hair. I came out refreshed and withh definitely return!

my expectations were not met. I came to this salon because of the good reviews but after having my haircut, it’s all just dissappointments. Staff is friendly and thats all. I was shocked when they charge me for another $10 for blowing my hair a bit.

My wife had a real weird experience at this location. The stylist who works alone on Sunday made her feel very uncomfortable by talking about Indians being conservative, they don’t get divorce and they only marry other Indians etc. We understand the small talks but it doesn’t have to be so focused on nationality, He also made her uncomfortable by telling her how pretty she is and overall very odd behavior. She ended up getting a hair cut she didn’t want, she asked specifically to just cut her layers a bit short in the back and front but the guy kept telling a bob haircut will look better. Hope the owner has a word with him. Also don’t recommend spending longer time with this guy when there are no other customers on Sunday. As a parting shot he said to her ‘see you next time baby’

I highly recommend this place! My hair is very thin, but after I do firms here, it is much smooth and cleaner than before. Also my hair got much volume which I love. Everyone is so kind and price is reasonable. If you are looking for a place to cut/firm/straight/dyeing, it is THE PLACE. I want to give more than 5 stars if google allows. The waiting area is cozy and styling was the best. I have no doubt about this place. Also, there is eyebrow(or face) threading which was much better/cheaper than doing in the mall. She is so prefessional and do great job!
