I just started going to Michelle the owner of the salon but i have had nothing but great experiences!! She has giving me the hair I’ve wanted forever and that every other place has failed to give me!! She takes her time and doesn’t rush anything and i love that about her. Not to mention she’s so sweet! I will continue to go to her and recommend this place to anyone.

I wenti to get my roots done and the person who normally doesmy hairwas busy so I let CHRIS do it. I told her I just need the roots done. She changed the color and placement of the highlights. I told her immediately that I did not like it when I saw it. She said come back in a week and she will fix it. I told her a week is too soon because my hair will feel damaged and I will wait longer. Almost 4 weeksgo by and I go in. I explain that I will pay for some since roots are showingabout1/2". SHE REFUSES TO FIX WHATSHE DID WRONG BECAUSE I DID NOT COME IN WITHIN A WEEK. I spent $200 including a decent 20% tip expecting her fix it at a later time. I would not recommend this place.

I came in for a simple cut and style. I wanted curls in my hair for an evening out. The curls fell out of my hair before I even went out. I kept asking her to make them tight but nope I had to fix my own hair with my wand before going out. Complete WASTE of my money. And I asked for a stylist that specializes in curling hair. I guess I have a difference in opinion what specializing means. Hair 360 is not what it use to be and I definitely WILL NOT be going back.

I'm not one that regularly visits a salon, so my hair was in much need of some TLC. I called and spoke with Tiffany and made an appointment with her a couple days in advance. She did an amazing job on my color and I'm absolutely thrilled about my new cut. I will most definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I went in to get my hair done since I would've never known this place was hidden in the shopping area but I'm glad I did :) I went in like a month ago and I'm still just loving my hair. I got a keratin treatment for my gair since its always been so curly and frizzy. Now its staying so straight and shiny and a lot people have complimented my hair which had really given me a confidence boost. And my stylist gave me some products they had at the salon and when I use it my hair is always really soft throughout the day. Next time I'm thinking maybe going a different color or cutting it shorter. Really excited for next time :)

Some helpful recommendations would have been better before they did work on my hair. I had to go some place to have my hair fixed and that's not how you treat your paying customers. Incompetent staff.

I found my new spot! Lol. So I just moved to the area and I wanted to change up my look a bit since I had had blonde hair for awhile so I wanted to go a chocolate brown color. So I looked online to find a hair salon and found this one. I'd never been there before but now I'm definitely becoming a regular! My stylist was actually the owner Michelle and she gave me such a good and thorough treatment making sure to get everything from the roots to the tips. My hair came out the exact color I had described to her complete with highlights with a little trim and I absolutely love It! And sitting in the chair was so comfortable, all of the girls were just joking and talking and having a good time and very complementary to me. I would definitely recommend Hair 360 and I'm definitely going back!
