I brought my 7 year old daughter in for a haircut. And the ladies are all very friendly and helpful. Plus I had a very happy and smiling young lady, thru the entire process!!! A very young and energetic lady, named Kassidy, cut my daughters hair, and made her feel very comfortable, and kept her smiling and laughing the whole time. She now has a very happy, and soon to be, repeat customer!!! They have great staff, it was really clean, and they are all very friendly!!

The woman who did my hair, very nice. I usally get done in Long Island. She made me remember why Avanti is overpriced & I never been so unhappy w/ the service I received. Bad, very bad cut.

New to the area and booked with Nicole for a color and cut. I am really particular about my color and she did a fabulous job! She was meticulous with the foils and did not rush, despite my disgustingly thick hair and the fact that it was closing time. Will be back for sure.

Stylist was super sweet but didn't do what I asked for, for my sister's wedding. Hair products smelled lovely but didn't hold the curls at all and my hair is naturally curly. My sister ( the bride's) hair kept falling out and we had to keep bobby pinning it back to make it look decent. Very disappointed.

I came in with copper blonde hair asking to get the copper tones out and add some blonde highlights. I left with highlights and the under side of my hair is still brassy and copper. Stylist seemed unsure about the entire process and didnt say anything about the copper colors I had made clear I didnt want. Overall experience was good but i am not satisfied in any way with the results of the dying.

This place is a staple in Rutland, been going here for years. Plenty of Chairs, and ladies move quickly. Kim the long time owner is almost always in the building cutting hair and socializing. If you need a cut, make an appointment, worth the 700 mile trip.

I have been going to Avanti for over 15 years and will continue to go there as long as I am in the area. I always recommend Avanti to anyone who has ever asked me where to go for a quality hair cut (male or female), color, up-do for wedding/prom, or other beauty treatments at a reasonable cost. My preferred stylist is Ally, but I know all of the stylists to be very qualified, attentive and friendly. They are all very professional and up-to-date on the latest trends in beauty and will even consult with each other to ensure the best effort is made to satisfy the client. They are willing to offer their own insight/suggestions as well as listen to the client and do their best to materialize the client's vision (while also setting realistic expectations). It is always a lovely and pampering experience and I highly recommend them.
