I've lived in Utah for 7 years and it took me about 2 to find Joan and I've never gone to anyone else since. She is awesome and does a great job everytime. Both my son and I go to her and we have longer, very thick and wavy/curly hair and mine is pretty grey so we're a bit challenging. They get busy but they move people through. The new on-line check in is great. She's been really helpful with products for my hair specifically as well.

What an awesome experience on a new trend of getting a haircut I am so used to just going to a regular Barbershop and just getting the basic haircut and the experience that I received at Sport Clips was amazing the young lady that cut my hair did an excellent job I would recommend Sport Clips

Have had trouble with high turnover and lack of consistency. Paid for the MVP multiple times but don't waste your money. The scalp massage feels like nothing to me (maybe because these girls are overworked). I got a great cut once but the stylist no longer worked there by the time I went back. I'm going to try again today based on some of the reviews on here. Hoping that the stylist can give me a great cut for my sister's wedding this weekend.

They always happily cut my little girls hair or trim the neck of my a-line cut. They wont style hair if your a female so make sure you don't have anywhere to go or are already styled and just want a neck clean up or trim that can be cut dry!

Old review: Awesome! One of the better haircuts I've gotten lately. The local manager was really friendly also making me want to come back again. Updated review However it isn't always this good. I'm updating this review as recently I called to get a reservation, was driving so I couldn't use their 'app' and they wouldn't put me down and told me the wait was '5 min' and I should come anyway. I came, the wait was 30 min, and no one would come talk to me. I doubt I'll be going back

#EDIT I am updating my original review to better reflect my most recent experience at Sport Clips. If Becca is working, do yourself a favor and make sure to book her for your next appointment. She is a great stylist and will deliver whatever kind of cut you want. Also, if you need a beard trim, there is another woman who has worked there for over four years. I forget her name, but she taught me how to trim my own beard like a pro. Definitely ask for her availability if you want a great beard trim. **Previous Review** Inconsistent quality. I've had both excellent and terrible haircuts here. Unfortunately the turnaround seems to be high so it's difficult to get the same stylist. If you find a good stylist stick with them.

When I got there there was no wait time. They had a rush before I got there and they had called in enough staff to handle the work load quickly. I mentioned that I did not have time for the MVP service and my stylist went the extra mile and asked when I needed to be out of there. She did not sacrifice quality for speed, and she cut out all the extra stuff she knew I didn't need. On top of all that I told her about an injury on the top of my head and she was very gentle working around the wound. Great work.

Stylist seemed rushed to have me leave. When cutting my hair with the clippers she went blade first (with the guard on) digging into my scalp. This happened every time she went into shave the sides. The top was left uneven. Left side visibly longer than right (didn’t notice until showing that night). Definitely not worth the money. I’m sure some stylists are better than others, but I would hate for someone else see great reviews and have a terrible experience. If you have a go to stylist here I’m sure it’s great. For me, I won’t be returning based on that first impression.

I had a great first experience at this Sport Clips. For my first visit, they upgraded me from a standard hair cut to the full service. With this, I got a very relaxing hair shampoo and scalp massage with their amazing tingly shampoo and conditioner, not one but TWO hot towels, wrapped around my face, and a fantastic hair cut with styling! They are slightly more than other places I’ve gotten my hair cut at, but if you are about having a good experience, great results, and a really fun environment, I absolutely recommend this place! Worth every penny :)

I took my son in to get a nice trim. He is only 4. He screamed bloody murder and did not want a hair cut. The stylist were all so helpful in calming him down. I asked if I could hold him while they cut it and they said yes. She did a great job and talked To us and asked if it was what I wanted, it was. I had to take my Kia Soul to the Doug Smith Kia across the street for a recall on my vehicle & decided to get a haircut while I waited for the repairs. I was a little nervous because I have really straight hair that is difficult to blend, but decided to trust the good reviews that I saw on GoogleMyBusiness. It seems like everyone requests "V" (which I am guessing is Victoria), but I saw that she had a long wait time so I clicked "First Available" when I checked in & ended up being assigned to Joan. Joan was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. She gave me a VIP for the cost of a regular haircut because it was my first time in the shop. She started out by asking me several questions about my hair (which gave me an opportunity to discuss some of the frustrations that I have w/ my hair being so straight). I could tell she was listening to what I was telling her & tailored the entire experience to meet my needs. Not only did she give me one of the best haircuts that I have had, but she gave me valuable insights that helped me to understand how to take my hair to the next level. Thanks, Joan (& SportsClips)! Because of you I might finally have what it takes to no longer be a 24-year-old bachelor in Utah County!

The girls there were great! When one of them was having trouble cutting my son's hair, his hair is super thick and kind of difficult to cut, another girl gave her some pointers to help her out. The wait wasn't bad at all and everyone was super friendly.

If you go ask for V she was amazing! I have been going to the same barber for over 2 years. I have never liked going to quick cuts great clips, or any of the other fast cut shops. I decided to give this sports clips a shot and was incredibly suprised by how my hair cut turned out. If you go in ask for V. I can't think of a single silent moment the whole time. She was easy to talk to and did a better job than my normal barber does.
