Well, I started going to Hair Haven about a year ago, and my experience was pleasant up until now. Last week, I called to make an appointment to have my haircut, and I was denied an appointment by Skyla. She insisted I go to a barber shop instead. I then preceded to tell her I only wanted my damaged ends cut. Then she stated I could not schedule an appointment and that I need to come in instead, and then she would schedule an appointment. I was flabbergasted beyond belief, for the shear fact that I was a faithful client of Schqueta, and never ever been treated so horrible by a stylist. She left me no choice but to look elsewhere, and I did. Considering how busy Schqueta is, and my hectic schedule not being able to schedule an appointment was the borderline for me.

Worst service EVER. We weren't greeted when we walked in. It was like you should know what to do and where to sit. (It was my first time being there) We came in she had no feelings about how tender headed I was she raked through my hair like she was pulling weeds from the grass, I was in tears. I told her previously how tender headed x 1000 I was and she reassured me she could do it and understood. I will NEVER GO BACK NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. It is not a comfortable place like a salon should feel like. The people are rude and it connects with the way they treat their clients.

Their literally never opened. It's like they have no set schedule. And it seems like their the only hair store in Utah that sells black hair supplies. I just said forget it and started order my products online. So over all the products in this store are way over priced, almost double the price online. And their never open at a set schedule. Don't waste your time.
