I was a first time wig buyer. I had tried buying online and the brand I wanted just wasn’t working out for me. I had bought 3 wigs and had to return each because I wasn’t happy. So instead to order wigs that didn’t work for me and then having to pay a restock fee I scheduled a consultation at Creative Wigs. I loved my consultation and experience at Creative Wigs. My consultant Hailey was friendly, cute and full of knowledge. She let me try on every brand I had looked at online and suggested some I hadn’t considered before and sure enough that was the wig I decided to order through them in a specific color. The value of their service is well worth the price. I am grateful to have this resource in my area. I have recommend Creative Wigs to my mother-in-law and her friend and they both have bought pieces from the shop and been happy with them. Definitely would recommend a visit if you wear alternative hair or want to learn about wearing alternative hair.

Stopped in, thinking I would get a blonde shaded wig....tried on a couple with good fit and great coloring; but when we put on the silver grey it was perfect! Nice to have good help and full service to trim bangs and shape the neck line!

My daughter had a bad experience with the wig store in other state. My husband and I checked out the Creative Wigs store not knowing what we were going to find. To our surprise Brooke the manager helped us and was so kind and amazing. She talked to our daughter on the phone and gave her useful information on how to buy a wig and what to look for and how to care for different kinds of wigs. Brooke was a wonderful professional with years of experience. She knew just how to help our daughter. We highly recommend this store. You spend a FLIPPING entire annual incomes to get one wig and they leave information like -- hell if it dont fit, look right, feel right, if you dont like the color, ok really if your unhappy in any way they might tell you sorry but youve now got a bag or hair that doesn't make your situation ( whatever it might be ) any better oh and yes eat the loss even if you don't have it to lose literally or figuratively speaking. Omg I cannot believe they did me.

My mom went here and the manager was extremely rude to her! My mom was trying to decide between two different wigs and the manager talked her in to one wig. After my mom bought it, she went out to her car and noticed that the color didn't match her hair well so she walked right back in and asked to switch it with the other wig she had been deciding between. The manager snapped and started yelling at my mom and insulting her and would not let her exchange the wig. My mom left in tears and will never go back. Do not shop here!!!
