Go here if you love getting the opposite of what you asked for with a side of eye rolling. Absolutely terrible customer service! The women here are rude, unpleasant, & ill-tempered! I have never been so mad leaving a place of business, it wasn't necessarily that the cut was wrong (hair grows back) but the attitudes were treacherous!

I went like 2 months ago and Jennifer cut my hair she did a great job I love it, i went back today to get a trim, same haircut just little shorter, and these girl told me that Jennifer quit, so I ask, if there was someone who knew how to do the same haircut but little shorter, and she told me that she knew how, so I let her cut my hair, she cut it diferente, I don’t like it, she did lots of layer, when the haircut that I had was most of it straight with one side slightly longer, did not got what I want it, end up with my hair really short in the back, it looks choppy when i flat iron it, really bad, so disappointed

I had the worst experience, they cut my boy hair as a girl, I asked to fix it and I left it the same, I paid and I went back to fix it because it looked bad! and the lady not only did not go out to see what was happening , she sent me to wait 30 more min. because she was going to break, do not spend your money and time in this place

The last that cut my hair acted like she never cut hair before. She asked me multiple times how I wanted my hair cut... She was rude. She walked away in the middle of my cut and went to the register to charge me. I called for the manager three times, no one ever called me back.
