The stylist, on loan from your HumbleTX facility, to the, newly open Kingwood facility, did a great job! Next time I need a haircut I’ll go to the Kingwood facility on Wednesday (her day off) or go to Humble.

I have gone to this Sport Clips for a while and I've always had a good experience. It has never been outstanding, but always good and steady. However, the last time I visited a couple of months ago it was a much better experience. The staff seemed more professional. Today, it was absolutely, positively outstanding! Upon entering, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and a check to make sure that I had either checked in on the phone or if I would need to do so at the counter. Very nice. My wait was much shorter than expected, which was quite nice. My stylist, Jasmine, greeted me with a smile and a handshake. She was extremely courteous, professional, and very thorough. She took the time to do a wonderful job on my hair even though I am quite a bit thinner and don't have the curly locks I used to have. Most importantly though, she made me feel valued and didn't just rush me through. Many thanks for that. She also took the time to recommend some hair products which I really do like! I would never have tried them without her assistance. If My stylist's professionalism and expertise is an example of what the management there is pushing forward, this location is surely recommended for anyone!

Too much talking too much playing around,ask for an extra room I didn't get a cake I got a towel around my shoulders and that was about it spent one minute in the chair I am not going back to that place again always the same lot of talking with a hair stylist and a lot of fooling around I go there to get a haircut not to be entertained by a bunch of people talking

Terrible experience! The ladies who work there are extra slow, I was next and had to wait for the lady to stroll out the back after doing nothing for 10 mins and decides to cut my hair. I don't have time for that! I walked out! Never going there again!

Don't let Jasmine cut your hair or beard!!!!! Someone else had to finish the haircut and the top of my husband's sideburns and tried to fade it in because she did a horrible job!!!! Not sure what's shes doing here. It took 40 mins!

The day started off with my usual barbeshop packed, so i decided to try sports clips. Not only did i not get the haircut i wanted but ended up with a bald spot in my head. $5 was taken off the cut price, which i should've just walked out to. The stylist was nice but clearly messed up. If you want to wear a hat the rest of your week after a cut, then feel free to go here. But for me this will be my last visit to this location.

My husband went in today. As soon as he walked in the lady was completely rude. Then when cutting his hair she was slamming the comb and clippers on his head. On top of while doing this her and another worker bad mouthed another co-worker. Horrible!!!!

Couldn’t be happier I changed up where I use to get my hair cut, and gave them a chance about 3 months ago! Been here multiple time now and every time they are great! They truly take you as a individual into consideration when I go in the stylist even leaves notes on how my hair was cut so no matter who is there you get the same results!! Let alone being able to watch sports if you have to wait is a huge plus! Then don’t even get me started on the mvp treatment with a hair wash and hot rag on your face for under 25$ with a tip you feel refreshed and look and feel great as you walk out that door!
