The only place I'll go to get my haircut now. Hanah is on point and she always takes her time on my haircuts, beard trims and I don't feel like it's rushed. My exsperience has always been on point and hairhcut with precision! Great atmosphere and customer service. Wow. TOTALLY messed up my brother's hair today. He asked for a fade and didn't get anything CLOSE to a fade. He didn't want her to fix it because he knew she was just going to mess it up more. He's totally embarrassed over his haircut. We only came here because we couldn't find an available barber over the weekend. Save time and money and just go to a barber. We will not be coming back.

Disappointed. My teenage son went in for a haircut. 7 minutes later she shaves his sides and then barely cuts the top and then adds a $5.00 fee for styling his hair. 7 min. $30.00 haircut. She was young and not good. I will not be back.

I really feel like all the girls here know how to fade. I haven't recieved a bad haircut from amy of them. Being from the military unknown my share of bad hair cuts but they always get it right. Alicia is my favorite one to go to but all of them are awesome. I take my kids here and would recommend this place to everyone I know.

It’s the 2nd round of March Madness and the TV in the lobby is turned off. I asked them to turn it on and they said they would when they had a chance. Because it takes an hour to turn the TV on and put it on CBS. Of the 8 cutting stations one TV is tuned to sports. Should change the name to “HGTV on Mute Clips”. My haircut was fair though.

The only place I go for a great haircut, every time. The staff is friendly, they know how to fade and its convenient to get in and out when you plan ahead. Started here as soon as the opened after the person who cut my hair moved here, and it is always worth the drive.

Last few times I have either experienced waiting problems, not enough stylist or the computer system flaked out. Walk ins are 2nd even if there before checkins even if you beat them by 5-10 minutes. Not walk in condusive. Enjoy, off to another haicut place.

Seems like they are always busy. Especially on weekends have a new computer sign in system. It crashed while i was signing in says i signed in but after 15 min i noticed my name wasnt on the screen. I got tired of waiting and left. Seems like in todays time customer svc is slowly declining i miss the personal experience. Price is high as well. Expect better service for 24 dollars.

Excellent work and great team but not a place you go unless you have and hour or more to kill. Poorly managed. If you know your peak times, you should increase your staff to deal with those demands just like any other industry. For the high price of service that's being charged, your customers expect more.
